    Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

    @tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    @freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

    but they keep telling we will report to a higher team and then they terminate the conversation (Basically escape). Kudos to @FreedomMobile your loyalty team managed to make me think of Moving to other network like bell / telus

    @andraexbrown @BeanJellyy @FreedomMobile same here! I'm able to call from my freedom phone but people from other providers are having problems to contact me. Calls from freedom to freedom are ok. the problem is from other provider to Freedom

    @freedomsupport @andraexbrown I’m having the same issue my mom has been trying to get in contact with my siblings and I which she is with another phone provider she can’t get a hold of us but we can make calls but not receive them

    @freedomsupport @JF_Viljoen I have Iphone 12 and it doesnt work anywhere. Called your customer service and was told that Iphone 12 and 13 dont work for majority of your customers. Why would you sell these phones and charge customers $100 per month without providing any service. THis should be illegal, imo.
