    Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @freedomsupport @lade_mark You guys can’t even manage to broadcast a decent signal in the Hamilton area! I’m in my own house and can’t make a phone call!!!! Two bars!🤬🤯

  • bhtoys Bounty Hunter Toys (@bhtoys) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @freedomsupport Your unlimited data is unlimitedly slow after regular data cap. Come on @freedommobile one of your tech said its 9600 modem speed. I remember in 1995 i was doing online banking with IUCU at 9600 speed. OMG you are taking us back to prehistoric era!!!

  • 4axioms Adrian Patience - Contrarian (@4axioms) reported

    @fonebone45 @FreedomMobile The customer service is abysmal—I left and went to Bell; $10 more but the service is much better.

  • jimbugg ★ Jim Bugg ★ (@jimbugg) reported

    Hey, @FreedomMobile. Had two life+death situations this wknd + your service crapped out. Couldn't call/connect to network. When it's life+death and we can't rely on our phone service, things need to change. Needless to say, we'll be leaving. #unhappycustomer #freedomwireless

  • TheBandSKROU SKROU (@TheBandSKROU) reported

    @QuantumXERO @freedomsupport Same issue

  • fonebone45 🌿Graeme🌿 (@fonebone45) reported

    @4axioms @FreedomMobile I'll never use Bell again. Their customer service for business plans was the worst I've ever experienced, not to mention the hidden fees to connect/disconnect the service. They also just flat out lie about what plans include.

  • 4axioms Adrian Patience - Contrarian (@4axioms) reported

    @fonebone45 @FreedomMobile They have non-contract pay as you go flat rate per month...it's pretty much like Freedom, but with a much better network. Also, no fee to cancel. The difference is that if you go over your allotted data for the month, they just charge you($0.30 per MB)—no unusable throttling.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

    @MichaelMay21 @FreedomMobile I have been a customer for over 10+ years. I am their target consumer. I just don't depend on "apps" to do everything with my device, rather limit such uses to the web browser instead (apps load everything into an HTML Frame), from a website, using "android system webview".
