Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport It’s always been this slow. It doesn’t matter where, what device or whether I cleared anything. Going through the main site has always been painful. I miss the old Wind Mobile days, the old website was good

@freedomsupport Can you tell marketing that calling it "Nationwide Data" is a lawsuit in the making. Like, in common usage, nationwide means "Our locations are nationwide" as in available everywhere. Nationwide Data is actually the opposite. Marketing needs to fix that. That's an easy Karen win

So @FreedomMobile won't transfer me to their loyalty department because they're "too busy". Surely there's got to be an easier way to cancel one's service.
