@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

@freedomsupport Freedom Mobile's favorite tactic is to have their store employee's trick people into taking terrible new contracts that end up costing the consumer double. All- Do NOT get a phone upgrade that forces you into a new contract with freedom mobile. Get the phone elsewhere.

@FreedomMobile Does customer service use another measure for time? 5 min hold is nearing 30. The issue again is over billing as out of network, when all calls are within the network. #regularoccurance #

@FreedomMobile We were customers for ~10 years, and they won't forgive a $68.07 mistake that they made silently. Terrible customer support.

Having the worst experience with @FreedomMobile right now. Cancelled an unused line in August, but they didn't update their system. Then they continued to bill in stealth, until we get a collections agency letting us know there's an outstanding amount.

@FreedomMobile All lies! Your outlet at Jane and Finch Mall sold me an iPhone 12 that stopped working after using it for five months. It started having cellular issues. All your outlets need to be investigated on where you get all your phone supplies from before selling to innocent customers.

Oh @FreedomMobile you need to finally break down the wall and let us use our phones everywhere in Canada. @Videotron only operates in Quebec; yet they have national data built into their plans. And I don’t mean the tiny buckets of 500mb you give us…. Sigh.
