General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported@FreedomMobile I'm returning my new phone tomorrow, unopened. Charging a "connection fee" when I am already a customer is outrageous. You aren't connected squat when I'm already on the network. The $2000+ and $90+ per month isn't enough? Time to find a new network.

I have been happy with @FreedomMobile so hopefully that will never happen again.

General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported@CRTCeng Why are you allowing networks like @FreedomMobile to charge connection fees to customers who are already on the network? They are just switching devices and aren't being connected to a damn thing. This should be treated as fraud.
