    @PublicMobile @ericskilling No thanks. Have been with @FreedomMobile for a year with no problem until this. Contacted them and they troubleshooted my phone and got it all working again. Great customer service, I highly recommend them.

    @Luca_Cunial @theDXT @FreedomMobile That's because you probably weren't connected to the network at the time. Common issue with freedom. I bet people think your phone is turned off all the time too. Worst network of all of them.

    @FreedomMobile just a heads up when I try to log into my account it just hangs and times out. There might be something weong with your login api or maybe the app itself.

    @FreedomMobile Buy more towers and your service might be worth it,...Ask Shaw to foot the bill. Or if they were smart they would let you use there public wifi network as a virtual cellular network but what do I know...

    @freedomsupport I'd imagine it's both ways. On the drop down menu on the phone where it says calls will be made over WiFi, that tab says unable to connect.

    @freedomsupport No, it's sporadic. It says unable to connect, contact customer care. Reseting the phone generally works, but only for a few hours, then it disconnects.

    @freedomsupport Asked CS for instructions to access/activate my voicemail. They responded by giving me something completely different. Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

    @trevor_land @FreedomMobile You have been told there is a process to deal with this issue but you refuse to partake in it as you don't think that the CSRs are important enough. Just go through the steps they ask you to and some sort of resolution will be reached.
