    @FreedomMobile worst customer service. I sat on the phone for an hour arguing with a lady in which she said upper management were going to call me back. Over a month later no call and you’re STILL charging me on what was suppose to be a pay as you go plan. Thanks for nothing.

I was further advised to "follow up" after 30days if the it is not resolved. I was so surprised that your customer

    @Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport It could be, but it isn’t, the problem affects all data services; no DNS, no email, no connection to lightweight web servers. And it has been consistent for over a week, since the literal moment I crossed my plan’s fast data limit.

    @PublicMobile @ericskilling No thanks. Have been with @FreedomMobile for a year with no problem until this. Contacted them and they troubleshooted my phone and got it all working again. Great customer service, I highly recommend them.

    @Luca_Cunial @theDXT @FreedomMobile That's because you probably weren't connected to the network at the time. Common issue with freedom. I bet people think your phone is turned off all the time too. Worst network of all of them.

    @FreedomMobile just a heads up when I try to log into my account it just hangs and times out. There might be something weong with your login api or maybe the app itself.

    @freedomsupport Put it this way, I lasted 1.5 months on @koodo, and they NEVER replied to my online please on Twitter or Facebook. And I had a horrible experience with a supervisor/team leader on the phone. So screw Koodo.

    @freedomsupport My phone isn't connecting to the freedom network, yet my wife's phone is. I rebooted my phone and no luck. My wife can make calls, but mine doesn't. We're literally sitting 5 feet away from each other currently.

    @FreedomMobile Freedom mobile just put the onus on me to pay for a fraud call that came on my phone from Cuba when I wasn't even there & furthermore closed my account with the outstanding monies +would not service me for getting a resolution. Horrible horrible Mobile Company

    @FreedomMobile I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO AN EXECUTIVE; SUCCESSOR OF FREEDOM MOBILE, SHAW CABLE IMMEDIATELY. This is a freedom mobile issue yet SHAW has the power and stellar rep to get things done. My opinion, Freedom Mobile is a disgrace to the SHAW name.
