A google search shows many customers with same issue. The issue is your payment system not the credit cards #freedommobile

Anuraag Mishra (@mishra911) reported@FreedomMobile the worst network and the customer service for any network. They are thieves so please stay clear. I bought 2 lines and it was completely unusable. I had no reception half of the city and moved out promptly. Now they are not refunding my money saying tough luck.

We all know our credit card is good. Your processing system has a flaw and your customer rep was rude. Fix those issues.
