  • natebannerman Nathan (@natebannerman) reported from Calgary, Alberta

It would be really nice if either @Shawhelp or @freedomsupport could (a) come fix our internet before Tuesday or (b) provide unlimited data instead of having to buy a one time pass 🙃 #firstworldproblems

  • shabbathedj Shabba The DJ (@shabbathedj) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@FreedomMobile worst customer service. I sat on the phone for an hour arguing with a lady in which she said upper management were going to call me back. Over a month later no call and you’re STILL charging me on what was suppose to be a pay as you go plan. Thanks for nothing.

  • OtunMuri Mr Right (@OtunMuri) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile, this is to notify you of service failure from 2000hrs Friday July 26, 2016 on my phone. I contacted your office and was informed it will take 30days! I was further advised to "follow up" after 30days if the it is not resolved. I was so surprised that your customer

  • heyvian Vian Esterhuizen (@heyvian) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@freedomsupport Not looking for a workaround, just curious if you know when the issue will be completely resolved without me needing to disable Visual Voicemail.

  • TheDaveCA The Dave! 😏 (@TheDaveCA) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport It could be, but it isn’t, the problem affects all data services; no DNS, no email, no connection to lightweight web servers. And it has been consistent for over a week, since the literal moment I crossed my plan’s fast data limit.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport literally havent had more than 2 bars of service for like two weeks now can you guys get it together?

  • NienorGT 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙗𝙮 (@NienorGT) reported

@sqwabb @FreedomMobile Not surprised that you were formerly an Apple user since you were in design/art in the past. I’m with you on the locked down iOS, I have both a Samsung and iPhone in my pocket and I wish I could combine both into one (Samsung hardware and user interface and Apple CPU and OS)

  • tinaified Tina (@tinaified) reported

@freedomsupport you have the worst horrible customer service. I had spent over 3 hours even talking to your supervisor on live chat about my phone bill but you can’t help me at all. I had been direct over and over. I’m never recommend my friends and family to you guys ever again

  • NienorGT 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙗𝙮 (@NienorGT) reported

@sqwabb @FreedomMobile There’s a reason why connecting to unsecured networks aren’t a good and recommended thing. It’s not really safe and performance will depends more on the source of the network. I know you depends on them, but changing devices might not change anything.

  • NienorGT 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙗𝙮 (@NienorGT) reported

@sqwabb @FreedomMobile Well, WiFi is much faster than the old USB 2.0 on Lightning and low end USB-C devices. This is why Apple doesn’t care about making the switch to a faster port (except iPad Pro and iPad Air 4). Because of cloud/fast internet, USB sync isn’t a priority anymore witch sucks for you.

  • shahabp777 Shahab (@shahabp777) reported

Frustrated with this service @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

  • tryoung Mind over Matter (@tryoung) reported

@OccTranspo @freedomsupport The outage seems fairly wide-reaching. Service is out in Barrhaven.

  • sqwabb Stanley Q Woodvine (@sqwabb) reported

@NienorGT @FreedomMobile The A7 lite seems like it'd be perfect for field entry. Technically the 7th Gen iPad I have should be ideal but I can no longer re-instal iTunes on my PC & putting files on the iPad is a slow nightmare. It's also very heavy and flighty about connecting to unsecured networks.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Two things: Firstly, "what the cost it" -> "what the cost is" may wanna fix the typo; secondly: it mentions texting help to a shortcode to get info... is that free, at least? How does one go about figuring out the charge *prior* to incurring it?

  • followTrinity Trinity Daniels (@followTrinity) reported

@freedomsupport Wtf does that even mean
