  • TheDaveCA The Dave! 😏 (@TheDaveCA) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport It could be, but it isn’t, the problem affects all data services; no DNS, no email, no connection to lightweight web servers. And it has been consistent for over a week, since the literal moment I crossed my plan’s fast data limit.

  • heyvian Vian Esterhuizen (@heyvian) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@freedomsupport Not looking for a workaround, just curious if you know when the issue will be completely resolved without me needing to disable Visual Voicemail.

@FreedomMobile Hi Freedom Mobile, I activated a prepaid plan yesterday and I was assigned someone else's account through my SIM card yesterday. I escalated to a manager that refuses to treat this seriously. I would like a refund. My case ID is C-640-78173.

  • chicagosports88 Chicagosportsfan (@chicagosports88) reported

@FreedomMobile Unfortunately this doesn't make any difference to me since I live in Winnipeg and since Freedom mobile doesn't seem to give a damn about people in Winnipeg and bringing their services here so I had to re-sign with telus but hey it's your loss,

  • DomChrisOwens Dominic Christian Owens (@DomChrisOwens) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@johnnyfulton @FreedomMobile There's definitely an issue somewhere, I'm having the same issue, and apparently a lot of other people are as well.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@boltonjer @CRTCeng @FreedomMobile A merger with any of the Big three also benefits Freedom. It'll allow them to offer actual Nationwide coverage. Their customer base is limited because of their regional service. Many people have left Freedom due to poor coverage

  • darcman5634 Nerf herder (@darcman5634) reported

@freedomsupport so some feedback. Since Freedom isn't taking part in the bandwidth auction we've already started planning to leave for another network. And it won't be Rogers. Good luck.
