    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.
