@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

  • cbrucemiller Bruce Miller (@cbrucemiller) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport Hi, is there an issue with incoming SMS texts in the Hamilton area?

@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

  • TheRealMrMic Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

  • kornick Nick Walczak (@kornick) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@caitlyn_neild13 @freedomsupport Same thing here, just get the spinning wheel when trying to login.

Freedom Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AnthonyImmel Anthony Immel (@AnthonyImmel) reported

@FreedomMobile Ordered a SIM online and the next day Canada post went on strike. They were unhelpful so I tried to buy another SIM and have it shipped via purolator or FedEx. They refuse to offer another shipping method despite the nationwide Canada post strike. Customer service says I can buy one in store. I would have done that already if it wasn't a 5 hour drive. Pathetic.

  • DelroyDyer89 Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

There needs to be a self service way to pay off your device tab online because the customer service agents on the phone are annoying as hell. @FreedomMobile

  • toddmodem Todd Modem (@toddmodem) reported

@FreedomMobile Loyal customer for 2 years. 2 lines and every bill paid on time. I renew my contract with them and get hit with 90 dollars in “connection upgrade fees”. Unbelievable! They are scumbags just like the other carriers.

  • EdmCaper Cordell Ferguson (@EdmCaper) reported

    @CountryMusicEmo @FreedomMobile @ATT How’s the freedom service?

  • aarvod Aar Vod (@aarvod) reported

@FreedomMobile disabled my Wifi Calling all of a sudden back in April and since then I have spent hours with customer care; false suggestions and investigations but no resolution. Tickets raised, phones swapped, sims swapped but final reply, "We have no timelines for resolution."

  • unlimitednrg Within Reason (@unlimitednrg) reported

@FreedomMobile I thought we were supposed to have mobile service inside the Toronto subway system moving forward with Rogers taking on the responsibility of supplying it

  • ObjectsLost LostObjects (@ObjectsLost) reported

@FreedomMobile bad timing "freedom" - students are again under literal fire

  • subst8nce subst8nc3 (@subst8nce) reported

@FreedomMobile FYI, I've tried 5 times to sign up for home internet, everytime I try I get sent to the worst call center I've ever dealt with. Impossible to properly communicate, very painful to try and listen with a bad connection and people with poor communication skills. Back to Telus I go.

  • alien_trading1 Alien Trading (@alien_trading1) reported

@FreedomMobile spoke to your 2Lvl tech support and the guy telling me that 1Mbps is acceptable 5G speed for Freedom? the issue I'm having is not related to network but ME. I did 10 test and average speed was 5 Mbps and I get buffering videos, unwatchable. Before this issue I was getting 50 Mbps. Clearly it's not me.

  • sbruddock Shareen Ruddock (@sbruddock) reported

@FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to talk to an agent since 9:30 am but it seems my chat is never picked up.
