@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport hey there. Are there any issue with the service? People calling me are saying that they get "this number is not in service" messages some times when they call me today.

@annecayer Hey @FreedomMobile if your staff is allowing people to start fraudulent accounts... I think your support services should be able to close those without torturing the victim.

@freedomsupport Okay. Well maybe you should hire more employees so that customer service feels like service.

@freedomsupport I am currently texting support but since it all takes so long, Every reply takes 3-5 minutes. You are a phone company. Surely your ability to communicate is quicker than that.

@freedomsupport why do you restrict the characters I can use in my password for your account? makes it harder to use a password manager and generate complex passwords. Poor practise, contrary to what every security expert recommends.
