    @FreedomMobile worst customer service. I sat on the phone for an hour arguing with a lady in which she said upper management were going to call me back. Over a month later no call and you’re STILL charging me on what was suppose to be a pay as you go plan. Thanks for nothing.

I was further advised to "follow up" after 30days if the it is not resolved. I was so surprised that your customer

    @Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport It could be, but it isn’t, the problem affects all data services; no DNS, no email, no connection to lightweight web servers. And it has been consistent for over a week, since the literal moment I crossed my plan’s fast data limit.

    @PublicMobile @ericskilling No thanks. Have been with @FreedomMobile for a year with no problem until this. Contacted them and they troubleshooted my phone and got it all working again. Great customer service, I highly recommend them.

    @Luca_Cunial @theDXT @FreedomMobile That's because you probably weren't connected to the network at the time. Common issue with freedom. I bet people think your phone is turned off all the time too. Worst network of all of them.

    @FreedomMobile just a heads up when I try to log into my account it just hangs and times out. There might be something weong with your login api or maybe the app itself.

    @freedomsupport I just signed up $60 plan with friends and family which would give me $15 off per month. Just got the first bill and i dont see that promo applied. Called customer service, they said it will apply from second bill. Cant belive this..noone said anything like this when signed up.

    @freedomsupport @ibrahimorich Don’t feel bad. I’ve been with Wind/Freedom 95% of the last ten years and have “never” been offered a fnf invite. Many of us stayed with Wind/Freedom through the good and the bad, and it was very bad in the beginning. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter much!

    I just had the worst customer experience with @FreedomMobile over the phone. The guy was extremely rude and unhelpful, when I asked to speak to a manager he said I'd get a callback 'eventually'. Do better

    @40thStFrancis @xl1tey @FreedomMobile Used to be with them but needed more reliability with my business. Worked ok sometimes, but every metal roofed building = no service, pockets of really poor service everywhere in the GTA. Had to prop my phone in a corner in my house and use a Bluetooth headset to get it to call.
