    @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

    @FreedomMobile no cell signal, sos mode or one bar in Vancouver May 11th and 12th, was ok on 13th now back to one bar of signal again, is there maintenance happening again today?

    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
