    @FreedomMobile Hello Freedom Mobile team, I’m reaching out because I’ve been having difficulty getting in touch with your customer service team. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance. I tried calling 611, app chat, and whatsapp!

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
