    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    After 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?
