Oh hey there twitter. Just popped back on after a few years to tell you all that @FreedomMobile is a sack of ****. Just spent 4.5 hours chatting with customer "service" because they ****** up a phone plan and refuse to fix it.. Anyways, that's all. Do not use this provider.

@FreedomMobile Not the way to go if you want good signal in Canada

@freedomsupport Hi freedom. I was advised I would recite a call within 12-24 hours, twice. Which has not happened. And now you say 48 hours. I don’t really want to deal with the customer service team as they have already mishandled my issue 3 times.

  • MinionMania18 Minion (@MinionMania18) reported

@chiefstonefox @FreedomMobile They were slowing it down due to the battery aging and causing older phones to glitch. New versions of iOS make it very clear when the battery has aged beyond then point where it can still support the phone. Replacement batteries are pretty reasonably priced now too.

@FreedomMobile The problem is Freedom doesn’t work appropriately.

@FreedomMobile Step up to fill the garbage dumps.

@freedomsupport Apple has a 0% APR with no money down. I suspect that would be more valuable to your customers who cannot purchase a device outright.

  • TrystanLaurent Trystan (@TrystanLaurent) reported

@FreedomMobile **** y’all and your trash customer service and your trash internet speeds. Back to Rogers.

  • GTulloch14 GordonTulloch14 (@GTulloch14) reported

@FreedomMobile hey freedom, I’ve been waiting 4 days for management to call me about an issue with phone. Fancy escalating the issue and getting someone to sort it out? #SortItOut

  • jenn @jenn (@jenn) reported

@freedomsupport I figure I am saving more than $30/mo on my existing plan, vs your current plan that almost offers the same features. So overall, it makes sense to just shut up and wait for a device when my current device falls outside of Apple's support.
