@FreedomMobile - I am appalled tech support getting rid of difficult technical issues faced by customers. I’ve had horrendous experience since d past 12 days. Only 1 tech associate has partially solved the issue with roaming beyond pass. Just got dumped. Complaint - c98068779

@FreedomMobile is the worst phone company out there… if you are looking to switch please beware of them. Pay the extra money for quality service and quality customer service. They can’t help you with anything ever.

@FreedomMobile Why do you guys advertise that your support is open until 1AM? I messaged 3 times around 11pm on whatsapp and no one replies and it's been over an hour. Asleep at the wheel or false advertising? Get it together
