    @freedomsupport My top-up was charged when my I setup my new account but the system won't register it and cut service. Support says it'll take 3-5 days, anything that can be done to speed things up

    @FreedomMobile This is my second attempt to return to freedom as a customer who was with you before freedom in the wind mobile days I can tell you exactly why I left in the first place but then to send me emails saying let's win back your service and then you tell me I can't????

    @freedomsupport I called and complained all the time (before I left). I would get put on hold. Then the call would drop. So now you see the problem!

    @FreedomMobile Do not even bother with this internet provider. Worst customer service on this planet. All offshore customer reps. Billing issues created by them end up with threats from collection agencies. For $35. Choose another company. Run the other way!

    @FreedomMobile Folks now freedom has been amazing service for a fraction of the cost. Curt needs to block rogers from buying. Monopilization isn’t the answer
