    @Cricrifi @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Oh, yeah. He is at work and was doing delivery, now figuring out routes. Thats terrible. I am trying to call freedom customer service support its still busy, not getting response except all agents are currently busy😓. I hope everybody reach home safely

    @freedomsupport You don't have the ability to address my concerns @FreedomMobile as your "service" reps told us multiple times. The continued bot replies are not helpful either.

    @freedomsupport My device shows full bars and LTE but no cell or data service is coming through. Texts won't send, no internet. Tried turning data on and off, airplane mode, restarting. Is there an outage?

    @freedomsupport I've already called you multiple times and been lied to, and not been credited this promotion. Instead just threatened by @Freedom to keep service cut off before I've even had my first bill due date. No thanks. If you're going to keep lying you can do it publically.

    @FreedomMobile Hi, I've been a customer since high school 6 years ago, I have gotten my phone lost in a parking lot and need to find it. can you help me locate it, it's on and so is my mobile data. Please I REALLY need help if anyone reading this can help me with a solution
