    @FreedomMobile Hey @FreedomMobile! 🚀 I'm a loyal customer with a Samsung Galaxy and I’d love to see Freedom partner with Starlink Direct to Cell. Right now, I have to pay Rogers $15/month for a separate satellite add-on just to stay connected in remote areas. Any plans to bring this feature natively to Freedom? #FreedomMobile #Starlink

    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.

    After 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month

    @FreedomMobile loyalty accounts for nothing with your company can’t believe I had to walk back out the door of one of your stores with the same broken phone. I walked in with because your representative refused to help me. time to give one of your competitors my money now.

    Honestly, @FreedomMobile is the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Unreliable internet, endless wait times, and zero accountability. Customers deserve better
