    I'm going to say goodnight as I am still having internet connection issues @Freedmobile & don't send your bots from @freedomsupport as it never turns out well. I'm really disappointed ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ค & I don't want to blow a gasket over this. Next year things will change ! Believe me !

    @ElleSriracha @FreedomMobile Had some amazing customer service phone reps at freedom mobile. Very good reps, but their system is completely off. Been over 60 days and canโ€™t get refund that freedom overcharged me by $500+

    @freedomsupport Asked CS for instructions to access/activate my voicemail. They responded by giving me something completely different. Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

    @AMV86941518 @FreedomMobile @TELUS You should switch...been with @freedomsupport for 7+ years and I am so happy. Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan
