    @ElleSriracha @FreedomMobile Had some amazing customer service phone reps at freedom mobile. Very good reps, but their system is completely off. Been over 60 days and can’t get refund that freedom overcharged me by $500+

    @vishmili @FreedomMobile Great idea by @FreedomMobile . Make sure you keep checking your bills. Freedom mobile overcharged me $500 and I have tried all their customer support channels and still can’t get my refunds in over 60 days! They sneakily charged my credit card so just check

    @hootchandcootch @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile falsely charged me $500 on my credit card and account and suspended my line after I disputed with my credit card company. Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile during these Covid hardship times you have falsely charged my credit card by more than $250+ and my freedom account by $250+ and have not returned my money even after 60 days. Apparently your credit card system is not working

    @FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

    Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

    @freedomsupport I had no Internet last night. Even after restarting my phone as your operator suggested as a fix. This morning it works. Without any change.

    @jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @FreedomMobile Your reps can’t seem to make up their mind when declining to give a long term loyal customer the $0/10GB Promotional add-on that has been offered to 1000s. They keep coming up with different reasons, each adding their own spice. 🙄

    @freedomsupport I've tried going through Twitter support to no avail, and calling. I keep getting told the exact same thing. That I have to pay the other half for full service, which I'm unable to do. I keep asking for 1 phone to at least be activated, since half the payment went through

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile Stay with koodoo. Shaw looks okay? I've been really disappointed with Freedom's network access once you are out of the city. And I'm usually on the #2 corridor. I knew they are a smaller company with a smaller range, but I was still disappointed.

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I’d switch tbh. I’m paying so much damn money to Koodo and I feel like it’s a ripoff just because I use data a lot. I’m thinking of paying the balance on my phone soon and jumping ship
