    @freedomsupport I'm okay to wait, I have never had an issue in 6 years, so a little down time, for a cell phone isnt the end of the world,I still have a landline anyway.

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    @FreedomMobile - been your loyal customer for a long time & have seen great improvements to your service and I’m still wondering why we continue to have a dark spots in Toronto. E.g. no signal at Long Branch. Fill that whole. Thank you.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
