@freedomsupport as an addition.... no one in support has been able to confirm if my number is still attached to my SIM card, or if the same rep tried to port it to a new SIM for this mystery mytab phone.... currently my SIM still works but I half expect it to stop working.

@FreedomMobile To get a new phone shipped to my work I had to cancel my upgrade and change my billing address? In 2022? Dumb. It's been 4yrs but maybe @Rogers is a little more customer-savvy. #disappointed

@freedomsupport It is cancelled now The issue was a glitch that you had not received my original request and I got charged for an account that I did not want and have not used not even for a text. But it was never cancelled then and there was no understanding from @FreedomMobile on that matter

@freedomsupport When it comes to customer service do not go to the one on Thorold stone road in Niagara falls they are the most ignorant people there I have ever met and I feel embarrassed cuz I sent people there and I got nothing but bad response back by my friends and family

@FreedomMobile will the ZTE Axon 30 phone work on your network?

  • crisxochitl Cris (So-Chill) 💙🌻💛 (@crisxochitl) reported

@FreedomMobile Planned obsolescence by companies that have no incentive to make products last longer decreases the length of time we hang on to our gadgets before we toss them away for the next new thing. Our system of disposal has been to dump our e-waste onto any country willing to take it.
