Exec. refused, saying it will take 4 hrs n to come another day n smugly added that they didnt even hav time to cancel. We went nxt door n shifted to Fido in 1/2 hr #CustomerService

While I've been a loyal customer for a decade I'd like to have more than 5gb of data. Looks like I'll have to change carriers as my loyalty is seen as a bug, not a feature.

These people don’t even know what people are going through in this hardship time to do something like this is so messed up.
