    @freedomsupport ported my network to Freedom on 24th Oct 21 in North york. The sales rep said he hs activated the new freedom sim. Its been more than 30 hours, unable to make calls or recieve calls. Network shows only 2 bars. However data works fine. Pls advise @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport hi there. Just switched to Freedom on the weekend and so far seems to be smooth transition. One issue just started today. MMS messages are no longer sending successfully.

    @FreedomMobile has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced - almost as bad as their cell service. Never again.

    @FreedomMobile 8/10 times my calls are being dropped for a week now. I can even seem to call customer care to complain about it
