    @freedomsupport How about - one of your agent makes a mistake on a customer account and you make the customer pay for it for 3 months, and on top of that you refuse to issue refund? @FreedomMobile

    Hi @FreedomMobile, yesterday I purchased a 6mth prepaid plan and just today learned that your network doesn't cover even the very urban neighborhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC. Is it possible that there is no cancellation/refund available?

    @FreedomMobile despite being a loyal freedom customer, freedom isn't giving me any discount on iPhone 13 pro while while other companies are giving good discounts. Thinking of switching to another network!

    @FreedomMobile I have a plan with @FreedomMobile that does not work 100% of the time. I have a plan with @FreedomMobile that i pay for, however my phone is useless as there is no connection to their ‘unlimited’ network is useless

    @freedomsupport how do i disable my voice mail greeting? i don't want any greeting. it seems like i cant do it. even when i make my greeting inactive, there's still one when someone calls my number. please help

    @freedomsupport I bought a phone outright from a Freedom store, without a connection. And now Freedom is trying their best to not unlock that phone. Have spoken to atleast 5 cust. care reps and everyone gives a different solution which were proven wrong later. -1/2

    @freedomsupport Will you be offering the Pixel 6 Pro on release day? If so, which colours & storage options? I'm a long time Freedom customer but Telus is offering pre-registration for the Pixel 6, and I need to upgrade to the 6 the moment it's released (my Pixel 2XL is dying)
