  • DomChrisOwens Dominic Christian Owens (@DomChrisOwens) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@Cystichygroma82 @FreedomMobile Turn on Wi-Fi calling and your devices inability to get signal inside your own home or workplace will be resolved. It's that simple.

  • EmSMcCourt Em Siobhan McCourt (@EmSMcCourt) reported

@freedomsupport is there an issue with texting currently? None of my texts will send

  • Kimakazee_ Kimakazee👻 (@Kimakazee_) reported

holy hell, I have NEVER dealt with someone so rude as i did today with @freedomsupport , thankfully i saved the conversation, but you guys need to teach your employees what customer service actually is, instead of berating the customer and making them feel stupid.

  • raymondlee11 Raymond Lee (@raymondlee11) reported

@freedomsupport are there any issues with text messages today?

  • Fire4418 tooyoung (@Fire4418) reported

@freedomsupport So since you didn’t unlock properly This is something you should fix

  • skrariofficial RARI (@skrariofficial) reported

@FreedomMobile activated my account, took my money when I’m on prepaid plan without alerting me or giving me my service. This might be a mistake from them but if nobody replies me, uploading full video recording of my conversation with their poor customer service who didn’t care

  • BossMommaCJ ChristineJ (@BossMommaCJ) reported

@DomChrisOwens @FreedomMobile The service they offer is somewhat specialized hence the pricing/price gouging. I'm guessing as a freelancer you have a business number. Usually better service for businesses. Business/home internet is through bell still. Fibe.

  • ix3d C (@ix3d) reported

@FreedomMobile what the f--ing god is this predatory pricing? Only offer 150mb and 1000mb? What if I need 500mb? Shame on you and please take this as a formal complaint!! @MarciIen @CRTCeng

  • OI_Mike13 Mike Greer♿️🇨🇦💉💉 (He/Him) (@OI_Mike13) reported

@tlrowanrmt @FreedomMobile Downloading more on the customer in the name of Self Service, but still charging us for that service they should be performing. Yup with Rogers buying them, this is makes sense as they are falling in line with their bad business practices.
