    @freedomsupport it’s shocking how terrible the customer service is at Freedom! Can’t even do simple tasks. They need serious training on how to treat customers and on how to do their job.

    @FreedomMobile: Here is frustrated customer who lost some really important meetings due to the data issue. What the hell is nationwide data when you are in same province. Why doesn't your sales rep make the customer aware of this while they change the plan.

    @FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.
