    Hey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.

    @FreedomMobile your refusing to help me get a new phone bc my old phone no longer works, now I have to leave my long term account (over 8 years) with you and go to one of your competitors because your representative refused to help me. Loyalty counts for nothing.

    @FreedomMobile why is it so hard to get a hold of customer service? This is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting for an hour so far (via phone and message)
