I swear despite not being over my data limit. It feels like Freedommobile had throttled my data. Third day it has been slow. Nearly messed up on something important because of it.

@FreedomMobile terrible quality signal in downtown Windsor, signal is 4g 4/5 bars with constant traffic but nothing loads. You need to bring your service to the modern era or I will ditch.

@FreedomMobile as bad is your online/phone customer service,I found a excellent service at one of your store at kingsway,Vancouver,executive:Flora,the amount of effort from store she tried to solve this easy thing. 10% of that effort from your backend would have solved the issue

@freedomsupport I have raised 2 service requests one on 5th Nov and another on 11th Nov for data issue. But my issue is not yet resolved. Service request# FSR00349117. When this will be fixed ?

@freedomsupport hey, why am I being told by the customer agents at Freedom stores that if I choose the tradeup offer I would have to bring the phone back “in perfect condition like its new” after end of contract? The website reasonably states “good condition”
