    @FreedomMobile has provided quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have admitted that their insurance carrier @likewize is not providing the service we thought we were paying for but are unable to provide an acceptable solution.

    @FreedomMobile I've been with you for a decade. I pay $35 a month. Yall can't bless me with 20gb cause i only got 8gb. Treat me your loyal customer a little better. Thanks.

    @freedomsupport There should be someone higher up that speeds this service up a bit faster as it’s unusable at times and doesn’t fall under unlimited data usage.
