Hey @FreedomMobile why you are not providing any offers on my account. There has been significant offers shown on others account but I have not seen with any of them. Please check and provide me with extra 30GB of data as you did to others. I am not happy with your service at all

@freedomsupport Ever since summer 2022 my service is very bad in Mississauga, ON. Prior to summer 2022 I’ve never had any issues. Calls are constantly dropping, LTE always switches to 3G. Phone keeps going to SOS mode because it lost reception fully. I have a new sim and a iPhone 14 pro.

@FreedomMobile fFreedom doesn’t allow you to take advantages of new offers unless you terminate your present contract , lose funds and start all over. Not great business model and poor customer care team in the Philippines.

@freedomsupport Ok. Well my service still says roaming and has all day. I have been all over the south and east sides of Peterborough today, so I'm just letting you know this is a problem

@freedomsupport I had roaming enabled, just didn't expect $100 for 200MB. Would love to see if we could bring that down somehow.

@freedomsupport Do you not service Gatineau Quebec? I was a customer a few years ago and you did.. A friend told me you don't! Is that true?

@freedomsupport been on hold for 2hrs, calls dropped and frankly shambolic customer service while trying to reach customer retention/loyalty before I take 10+ years of business elsewhere.

What’s going on with my service @FreedomMobile? Since this summer it’s horrible! Dropped calls all the time, terrible reception where there used to be great reception (same locations). Always switching to 3G. Always going into SOS mode. It’s becoming unbearable. New phone and SIM
