@FreedomMobile Thank you for not assisting me during this pandemic and suspending my services for a $146 bill. You are a stand up company to a long time customer and you offer me zero help with customer service. Thanks for making my life super difficult when it's already bad 👍

@freedomsupport very cool how Freedom keeps charging me despite cancelling service months ago—customer service has been hilariously unhelpful!

@freedomsupport Every time I’m even a short distance out of Toronto I can’t get cell service. Even when I’m right near a cell tower. I travel a lot outside Toronto and have been having car trouble so I need to change my plan. Can I cancel it?

@freedomsupport How is that unfortunate for you? It's unfortunate for me that I've stuck it out this far. When I need to juggle some bills I don't expect to be suspended for a mere $146 and told by CS that it's just policy. No mention of help, just pay up.

@freedomsupport I fell down a completely different rabbit hole. I found a Pinephone (runs certain Linux ARM distros) that works with Freedom. It'll be interesting to see what happens after I set the thing up.
