    Thanks, @freedomsupport I know you always give me good service, finished product, I just think telecommunications is one of the least over-sighted industries. You guys need the government researching better programs to help people pay their bills and how to care for cell phones

    I have been with @VirginPlus for 20+ years (different number) and I have never had an issue with their service. I'm done with @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile Thanks for making the decision to move to @VirginPlus an easy one today. Worst service ever. Two visits to stores and two cust service phone calls. One tells me I can get a discount, the other says no way. I'm done.

    @FreedomMobile I am so irate at the way freedom customer service is treating me. I am getting less than what I paid for monthly and called t complain just to be told I will be compensated with $5. That's not the point. I was cheated from 20GB to 2GB for several months.This is bad

    @freedomsupport I alrdy mentioned my sim hasn't been activated, my no. hasn't been ported, I was promised a bill of $35 but just in activating my online A/c I recieved a bill of $45 in just 5 days? No resolution to my issues, no sim activation, no service usage nothing at all but I need to pay?

    @freedomsupport The stealing through the internet has made it worse thousands of times more... The product sellers should pay for the advertising gor the wages of advertisers...not poor...that has to be a line drawn here..how much is too much??🤔
