    The reason for service refusal one can surmise is because @FreedomMobile would rather focus on new biz. Which gives comission over serving existing customers and customers are supposed to be free to visit store mutliple times while their execs. Are busy. #freedom #fromfreedom

    @freedomsupport Totally scam! The sales told my current number could be ported over, so I paid and am using your service. But now the porting team told me the porting can't be done. Only solution is to have a new number. Kidding? I need my money back.

    Ayo @freedommobile I know it's not your customer service representatives fault so I'm not mad at them but as a company ur service (or lack thereof) and technicians cause me immeasurable pain please gargle my nuts lol xoxo

    Went to @FreedomMobile store at oakville place to get 2 nos. shifted from my cousin to our name. Exec. refused, saying it will take 4 hrs n to come another day n smugly added that they didnt even hav time to cancel. We went nxt door n shifted to Fido in 1/2 hr #CustomerService

    No doubt @FreedomMobile hve wrst customer service. Literally the customr service agnt told me to cncel the service if I wanna without solving my problm his answer “idk who made tht charges & when I asked him whom I should talk he said “he works for freedom nd nt represnt freedom”

    @freedomsupport no surprise that ive been on hold with @FreedomMobile for 4 hours as some sort of ploy to prevent me from cancelling my number with them... filing a complaint with the commissions of complaints for telecom services
