@freedomsupport I just called two of your customers and apparently “all circuits are down” 😭 never heard that one, and it didn’t happen when I called users of any other network. Pretending like your service is working while it’s not is crazy. Catastrophic network for sure.

@FreedomMobile I paid my internet yesterday, and ur company is still trying to process payments. I DONT EVEN HAVE AUTO PAY ACTIVATED! THERE SHOULD BE NO ******* REASON FOR YOU TO TRY AND STEAL MY ******* MONEY! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

@FreedomMobile everyone who purchases insurance protection CANCEL IT NOW. They use a 3rd party to fix it and the 3rd party charges you an insane amount... I canceled my contract with freedom.. shady business

They offered no help as well and when I mentioned I am going to switch carriers based on this interaction alone they send me to another department who says they can offer me five dollars as compensation. Anyone know a better Carrier than Freedom? @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile you seriously need to get better at chat support. The agent is going in circles and I am not getting any resolution whatsoever. I am trying to order a new sim but I am not able to.
