@FreedomMobile You charged me for a call made from my Kanata home to Hamilton. When texting with support today, the first person said I called from an area that gets Nationwide Calling and asked for my postcode. The second person said I had called a national no.

@tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

If you don't want to loose customers you really should hire reps with more empathy and stronger communication & problem solving skils. Your contact support was so quick to transfer me to cancellation dept. Just to get me off the phones @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile my home internet experience is turning into a disaster. the modem setup did not work and no technician has contacted me as I was promised. If this is not resolved by the end of the day, you've lost a customer
