    After complaining to corporate and sending them a letter @FreedomMobile I never received a reply, an apology, nothing so I am now taking mine @UntilTheNextTee and my sons phone from them going to Bell.. my recommendation DON’T GO TO FREEDOM!! They are the worst and disprespectful

    @freedomsupport I have been in CS and call centre industries for 20+ yrs. I have NEVER had someone bring up religion to a customer like you guys did…BIG NONO!! Not everyone has the same or any religious beliefs and your “Super” should’ve known that, tells me he’s not trained or he doesn’t care

    I paid for a US roaming add on and @freedommobile charged me over $400 in roaming charges that should be covered under the add on I purchased. I complained, they cut off my service without warning before my bill was due, made me pay $300 to remove the suspension. #crooks

    @FreedomMobile Good lord your website blows! Worst online experience I have had in 10 years. It's like not even working. It's 2021 during a pandemic. You guys might want to fix this.

    @FreedomMobile Are you guys having a problem with your website. Trying to upgrade my phone and the site is brutal. I'm already a customer. Anyhow was trying on my phone to upgrade. It was so brutal now on my computer and it's still terrible.

    @freedomsupport Fix the Freedom Mobile website! How can I pay this month's bill on behalf if the My Account section is being very glitchy today? Tells me "Login Failed, Please try again." Would attempt to log in, and nothing happens, and when I'm able to get in, it kicked me out.

    @freedomsupport worst service EVER! Can't do anything on the website. And when you FINALLY get on to someone, VERY BAD english AND get disconnected. DISGUSTING!
