    @freedomsupport why would you allow a sales rep to waive the $45 connection charge (which is a ridiculous charge BTW) only to then turn around a blindside a customer and add it to their monthly bill.

    @TorontoStar I have no trouble using my cell phone on the subway when I am in Toronto. I hope that doesn't change when @FreedomMobile is changes owners.

    @FreedomMobile I'm fed up of your customer service in just 2 days!! I requested for a Port request while purchasing your network's plan.. its not done and Ive big issues cos of this! Here is the reference number FSR00382680

    @freedomsupport unable to connect to any network on international roaming. While in indoors Wi-Fi calling works good
