Don’t go with @FreedomMobile unless you absolutely have no choice. My #FreedomMobile data doesn’t even work when I’m at home. Called #customerservice and was told I needed an add-on to my plan. Absolute garbage. @freedomsupport

@FreedomMobile Don't consider @FreedomMobile as a provider. Only care about getting new customers in, could care less about existing customers. Poor CS, considering you can jump to any other provider for $5-10 more per month. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. #disgusted

Hi, @freedomsupport. Years ago, when you were still Wind, I didn't sign up with you because you didn't cover my wife's hometown of Stratford, Ontario. When you were acquired by Shaw and became Freedom, I hoped you'd soon service that area.

Congrats @freedommobile, you are as crappy as @rogers. You made it. Literally set up a virtual payment system that doesn't work and you're charging for calling to pay my bill. You're charging ME for YOUR service not working. Let that sink in. @telus...hey...you open?
