@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@FreedomMobile, I'm supposed to be on call for work tonight but yet, there seems to be a network issue and I can't call out or answer calls — any idea what's going on or if it'll be back sooner than later?
