tc (@tc200072) reported@FreedomMobile you sent me an offer for free phones. When I tried to redeem it, you told me it expired2 days before. Why not write the expiry date on it? Why do your call centers tell me no one can escalate my complaint , and your actual escalation form results in no reply?

Your nationwide coverage is virtually non existent in Saskatchewan, even in Saskatoon. One cannot make or receive phone calls or texts consistently.🤨
