    @FreedomMobile why do you advertise certified pre owned phones on your website as a good option. But then they are NEVER in stock. It’s an excellent choice for my mom because she doesn’t need newest and wants to keep. But we can never buy. When will it be an option?!

    @FreedomMobile says that if you use your phone outside Canada for over a month then your services will be suspended even if you pay your monthly bill or are travelling. Looks like now it’s the time to change my mobile service. #strange

    So very disappointed in @FreedomMobile!! Did everything that was required for myself and the person who referred me to get the referral credit. Have been contacting them the only way possible…..by email….only to get no reply. This issue has been going on for a month!!

    @FreedomMobile @Rogers There is no help i contacted them many times they said they esclated the issue to rogers but i have received any follow up call from them.

    @FreedomMobile the worst internet in Canada, everyday my wifi is glitching and customer service is completely useless, not worthy at all!

    I tried for the last time @FreedomMobile has no loyalty. A customer since 2012. Was actually told to sell my phone. No customer service. #freedomobile #nocustomerservice #loyality
