    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Roger’s and pay the penalty with freedom. That’s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years

    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $44 (after tax). US Canada Mexico. 90gb. Price guarantee so they'll never change it even if my plan is grandfathered. Come to @FreedomMobile grab a prepaid plan for 1 month to test out, if you like it port your number over after.
