    @freedomsupport You fail to understand there was no customers there was no cleaning going on. If Freedom is concerned about safety then why say your open physically? If no customers then open up and look after your customers who are available In this case SOON 2B FORMER CUSTOMER #NoExcuses

    @Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo If you generally stick to the city center, Freedom should be just fine. I live in Auburn Bay, and often have service drops on my Freedom phone (which doesn't have "roaming" plan coverage). My work phone is on another carrier, and never has issues in the same spots.

    @FreedomMobile Pathetic service quality and poor coverage all the way from Rupert to production way on Lougheed Highway. No signals even on the east side of Burnaby mountain, Its frustrating. I'll definitely change my service provider, soon.

    @FreedomMobile My data just renewed im supposed to have full lte data. I usually have it where I currently am. It is slow and buffering. I am really regretting re-signing with Freedom.

    @sierraabond @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile continued to charge my account after I closed it and claimed they didn’t receive a notice of cancellation from me. Worst yet, they charged me an additional device charge of $74 for a device I bought outright with no balance. They sent my account to collections.

    @Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo I have no issues with them - and when you leave the city you still have service and can add on more “roaming” data over and above your allotment.

    @FreedomMobile no ******* wonder you have to offer free phones or 262826GB of data to get customers - the worst part of my day every day is having your service on my phone

    As usual I have little internet connection at this time of the evening daily @freedomsupport I suppose we need to talk. I will do my best not to take this out on one of your employees. It's the company I have issues with ! 🤬😡😠😤
