@Brightstar Don't bother getting @Brightstar plans. I have a phone protection plan through Canada's @FreedomMobile and it's a scam. I pay $9/month on a 2-year contract - that's $216 over the contract. My screen cracked, and I'm being told it's $129 to fix. That's $390 after tax!!

Just a little while ago, I got off the phone with bunch of unskilled, no experience and ‘terrible’ @FreedomMobile customer service agents. It was the most wasted & useless 76 minutes of my life. The 3 agents are extremely terrible and it reflect the kind of company they work for.

@freedomsupport Your agent was just being extremely rude in her sarcastic tone. Did not appreciate it and I did let her know about it and asked for her Supervisor but of course, was kept on hold till neverland so I hung up. There's really no point in me going back to this now. Fed up and tired.

@FreedomMobile can “YOU” do anything about those stupid CRA fraud calls? 14 calls over 2 days is absolute garbage.

The Root Cause of the issue needs to be looked into. I have explained severally but all your @FreedomMobile agents seem to be so inexperienced and unskilled. I’ve been using the line since 2010 and all of a sudden, the CRAZY bill just popped up.
