Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

If I'm already logged in through 2FA, why can't I update my own address information? If the expectation is that I'm going to call Customer Care or visit a store, I'm just... not going to bother doing that. @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍
