I find it sooooo stupid that the only 2 options you have to add a phone to your account with @FreedomMobile is thru either messaging or leaving your house and putting yourself at risk just to go into the store because calling in is NOT an option 🙄🙄

  • jaiminIndian Jaimin Patel (@jaiminIndian) reported

@FreedomMobile worst company ever. DON’T go with freedom. They fool u when selling phone, tell u connection fees will be waived by calling rep & whn bill comes you see fees, liars! Asked cust rep to clear tht & they arrogantly said to return device & switch back @freedomsupport

  • rawnifty Damaged & Broken (@rawnifty) reported

@FreedomMobile your customer service sucks. My CC was compromised. I informed Freedom immediately as my auto pay was due in two days. I was told to pay in store. I tried but they said I had no balance. Now I have a message that says I’ve failed to pay & lost my discounts

  • MikeBolger8 Mike Bolger (@MikeBolger8) reported

@FreedomMobile you and brightstar have the worst customer service ever. Why pay for coverage if brightstar wont fix the phone

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@FreedomMobile so... anything to say on this whole business, or are you just going to ignore it? I really do not enjoy getting pulled around every which way and I do not enjoy that I can't count on any level of consistency with you guys. I need resolution.

  • hmradma Hussam Radman (@hmradma) reported

@freedomsupport I don't have a good experience with your live chat they just ask me to call your phone contact center which had problems so I'm stuck in a loop, I'll try again in a couple of days. I'm not DMing my information not confident private information will be secure

  • MikeBolger8 Mike Bolger (@MikeBolger8) reported

@freedomsupport So im paying 9$ a month for device protection, where the people im paying can pass the buck to someone else, and not do the service theyre being paid to do. Fantastic.
