When your outsourced phone support is so bad that the mere phone upgrade becomes an closed loop of phone support telling to contact chat support and then chat tells to phone, the path of lowest resistance is to switch to a new carrier who has their **** together. @FreedomMobile

  • itstylerg2 Tyler, The Creator (@itstylerg2) reported

@freedomsupport However, when I called customer care today, I was told I will not get any credit of 45 dollars so called up gradation fee Ok, is it a fault of mine or your sales policy? I was quite loyal to freedom, although I had offers from Telus via my company..cont

  • dhindsa__03 XRPman (@dhindsa__03) reported

@freedomsupport @crisxochitl The connection fee does nothing but line the pockets of this companies executives. Your customers monthly payments to you for your services are what support the improvement of your services.

  • herJulz JULZ (@herJulz) reported

@freedomsupport battery died one year into a contract and you are refusing to cover it as its passed the one year mark so either i pay more than the phone is worth, to fix it or pay for a phone i cant even turn on for the next year BUT to compensate me,they offer FIVE whole dollars off my bill

  • rm0074 russ (@rm0074) reported

@FreedomMobile I have been with you for many years I would like this plan pls or should I cancel and sign up again to get it as a new customer?

  • Salorwayne the ***** in the blockchain (@Salorwayne) reported

@FreedomMobile Crap reception. Focus on giving only new customers best rates and deals. Called support the other day and could not answer "how much total data do I have in my monthly plan?" The text support does not work.

  • elfie_dzee 𓂀𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒎𝒂ˣᵒ⨀ ⁷ ♡︎ᴊ.ʟ & ᴍ♡︎ (@elfie_dzee) reported

@FreedomMobile Your messaging support system is horrible. I can't even activate my new SIM card. I've clicked "I need help" five times now and I got no response with regards to activating my SIM card. Wtf is this!?

  • TheyNamedMeJay Jay (@TheyNamedMeJay) reported

Do any mobile carriers offer actual free phones on contract? I’ve been with @freedomsupport for years despite their service. They sent me a letter saying I’m eligible for a new $0 phone. When I go in, they agree, as long as I pay off the phone at $35/month…for a free phone.
