Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

@ReinhartG @FreedomMobile I’ve been with @koodo mobile forever. Unlimited text and calling and 10G for $60 a month. I’ve never had an issue and no contract.

@freedomsupport Why did you wait almost 5 hours to report an update? You could have probably avoided thousands of calls to your technical department.....I was in Scarborough and all the way to Hamilton and the service is down since 9am.

@freedomsupport Data is not working properly in Scarborough can you please update when the issue is going to be resolved..some of us rely on connection for work this is so unacceptable
