    Well @FreedomMobile come this Saturday you would have lost a customer! Update to the network.... I can now only receive/Send and make calls on wifi or in Central London. What a joke

    @freedomsupport are there network issues? I haven’t been able to get data for hours in Toronto and I don’t think the issue is with my phone since I’m able to get up on Bell (dual SIM) just fine.

    @FreedomMobile I called to cancel the line on Oct 29th and still getting invoiced for service. Was told that it wasn't actually canceled on your end, and I still need to pay for a line that doesn't exist. Are you a joke?

    @FreedomMobile You’re advertising this, but it doesn’t seem like there are iPhone 12 Pros actually available... At least after chatting with a few retail locations. Is it a supply chain issue due to Covid? Also, what’s the latest update on the 5G network next year?

    @freedomsupport Pleas retrain your employees on chat claiming that your coverage map is 100% accurate when everyone knows it's clearly not. Stop making liars out of customers facing issues. A recent example, your chat support rep, Nahla, would not accept that the map is not 100%.
