    so was talking to someone from @freedomsupport about my issues with upgrading online and was told no i can not do it online i am not eligible due to a recent billing delay? i have to go instore. now tell me how can someone do that when my city is on lockdown?? makes no sense.

    @francescsr @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile They use to have an online chat which was AMAZING! now everything is outsourced, none of their chat options work & the agents have all been extremely rude & unhelpful

    @FreedomMobile just lost 2 customers in one day. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Been there since Wind. What a shame. Resolution was to wait 7 days on their end for my phone issues to be resolved.

    @FreedomMobile appears to have some actually reasonable plans, however, the larger data potion of their plans is only applicable within their network's unfortunately rather limited coverage area, within the nationwide coverage area... Not as compelling an offering.

    Ne cautious @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport users received random text number never seen before claiming to be freedom. Due to update I must down link or lose services.

    @FreedomMobile Do you guys have an update on group messaging support? Everytime I inquire I get told “We’re working on it”. That was two years ago, and there’s still no group messaging. What’s up with that?
