    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!

    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    @FreedomMobile NOT ONE WORD FROM ANY EMPLOYEE OR A MANAGER FROM CANADA TO ME IF THEY CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS MAKES YOU SUCK EVEN MORE ! WHEN I FINALLY GET MY $113.39 FROM THESE ******* IN EGYPT I WILL “FIRE” THEM INSTANTLY

    @FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Roger’s and pay the penalty with freedom. That’s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I say this only bc I’ve been with them all over the years. @FreedomMobile has been the best I’ve ever had in terms of pricing and support. Just my take.
