    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $44 (after tax). US Canada Mexico. 90gb. Price guarantee so they'll never change it even if my plan is grandfathered. Come to @FreedomMobile grab a prepaid plan for 1 month to test out, if you like it port your number over after.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?
