I know us Canadians are getting pretty hosed on our cell phone plans but @FreedomMobile just charged me a $45 connection fee for a new phone despite being an existing customer with a number already connected.

@FreedomMobile activated my account, took my money when I’m on prepaid plan without alerting me or giving me my service. This might be a mistake from them but if nobody replies me, uploading full video recording of my conversation with their poor customer service who didn’t care

@tlrowanrmt @FreedomMobile Downloading more on the customer in the name of Self Service, but still charging us for that service they should be performing. Yup with Rogers buying them, this is makes sense as they are falling in line with their bad business practices.

@DomChrisOwens @FreedomMobile The service they offer is somewhat specialized hence the pricing/price gouging. I'm guessing as a freelancer you have a business number. Usually better service for businesses. Business/home internet is through bell still. Fibe.

Unfortunately the phone I use for @mahihkan63 is still not functioning to my desire. I will try 1 more time to get it fixed today at a @FreedomMobile service location near me. This phone has thousands of photos regarding #Syria on it. This is my last attempt !
