@ColonelAngus17 @Bell @FreedomMobile I have very poor coverage at the farm. I get some at times but its not reliable at the farm. The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

@freedomsupport I’m starting to get really annoyed with how reliable service is. Haven’t been able to send txt msg for 3 days now and no one there can help. Are you guys have outages?

2 hour chat with my dear @FreedomMobile just to make a call to Canada. I deserve something to help you find a case patiently and to improve your services. END RESULT: No luck 🫥 #freedommobile

@freedomsupport love it when Freedom just turned off txt msg for NO reason and refusing to turn it back on. Supposedly tech support is closed on weekends. Thanks Freedom! #thanksfornothing #freedommobile @FreedomMobile

Bruh I understand making service slow when you pass your data limit. But making it slow to the point you can barely use is literally the most evil thing I can imagine. Thank you @FreedomMobile you made working harder for me.

@FreedomMobile Y’all fix your online system yet?? 👀

  • LocalRaccoon156 Canadian Raccoon. (@LocalRaccoon156) reported

Making data speeds slow because you went over you data limit is not a bad policy. However, making it so slow to the point it's basically unusable is so unbelievably evil. Paying 62.00 for 19gb is not worth it. @FreedomMobile is trash and I can't wait to leave this company.

@freedomsupport Exactly my point - creating an MVNO to purchase bulk access would increase access to the network for existing customers.
