    @ColonelAngus17 @Bell @FreedomMobile I have very poor coverage at the farm. I get some at times but its not reliable at the farm. The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

    @FreedomMobile I cancel my account. I receive my last bill. want to pay it and I am told I can’t because they can’t because the “agent” can’t find my account and I now receive a Credit warnings. 😳

    @docpickles @FreedomMobile It did this to me months ago. It took 3 payments out if my bank, an still didn't give me my "time". Check your bank to make sure it didn't happen to you. Surely a inconvenience but I now have to go in to get my top-up bcuz they refuse to fix their broken system.

    @freedomsupport yo. 5 agents I've spoken to today (all useless). 2 online chats disconnected. 3h15 and counting on hold. 1h 29 mins spent online chat. 8 promises broken. $504 taken off my VISA for 2 device upgrades that were never confirmed. Can you guys sort your sh*t out?

    @FreedomMobile Terrible brand with terrible service.. Keep away for peace of mind. I am existing customer having 2 lines.. I will close both.. Be careful they consider you as customers till signing contract. Then you mean no value to them.

    @CRTCeng Why is it legal for me to Purchase a New smart Phone have incoming calls from some country billing my phone bill & YES @FreedomMobile is taking the money from me over this BOGUS **** @crtceng i wanna get a lawyer & i am calling someone from CRTC into court for some info

    My whole train ride from Ajax to Union I was on hold with @FreedomMobile so that is 46 mins. I finally get thru once I get downtown, I just wanna ask ONE DAMN QUESTION & they have these people working out of India man. Can’t ever understand what is being said, so frustrating .
