I have been with you since you were a different company and I had never paid for an upgrade. Now I have to pay $60 dlls I didnt know! Way to scam people

Jupiter (@genericwordhere) reported@freedomsupport I have been your client for years and I never had to pay a connection fee. I should have been informed before upgrading 2 phones. I was lied to when I did the upgrades. You may want to justify your charge all you want, but nothing justifies your sales people liying to get a sale.
