    @FreedomMobile haven’t had reception all day in Niagara ontario- so do we get a days worth of no charges? What is up with the service! We are a city not a rural environment!

    @FreedomMobile I also had our conversation but they're not honouring it! Poor customer service especially the manager that I had talk. I didn't get the offer instead of 22 gig they just give me 20gig. REALLY SUCKS @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile Hey Freedom, I was offered to upgrade the phones on my lines but was never told that I had to pay a connection fee upgrades. I have been with you since you were a different company and I had never paid for an upgrade. Now I have to pay $60 dlls I didnt know! Way to scam people

    @freedomsupport I have been your client for years and I never had to pay a connection fee. I should have been informed before upgrading 2 phones. I was lied to when I did the upgrades. You may want to justify your charge all you want, but nothing justifies your sales people liying to get a sale.
