    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile what's the secret password to get my data working again, or are we just pretending it’s 2005? Month+ w/o service is a bold strategy for a telecom company. Your tech support is officially stuck on loop & my patience has left the network. #FreedomMobile #TechSupport
