  @FreedomMobile Spoke to the Loyalty dept and wasted an hour on the call where no solution was provided. The agent was so blunt and it seemed though he was happy to close my accounts for good with freedom. Switching over to a different carrier because of this! CASE ID C70962586

  @FreedomMobile, THIS IS ABSURD ! I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro 256gb at Dufferin location paying extra $100. I was told it’d take 3-4 weeks at max but it’s been more than 9 weeks now. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. Is this how you treat your customers ?

  @freedomsupport is freedom down is southern Ontario? My phones paid for this month but has no service as of midnight. My renewal is also the 3rd so what’s going on?
