@freedomsupport Hi, I canceled my ac back in early 2018 and suddenly two months ago I got a bill saying that I owed an equipment and now get a bill of $60. I told the CS lady that I returned everything back then, but then they asked me for the paper receipt from early 2018! Pls help.

So figured it out myself by a simple Google search while the @FreedomMobile customer service agent basically told me she doesn’t know how to switch to a new SIM card and asked me to hold to transfer me to level two technical help. Then hung up 👎🏾#badcustomerservice #fixitjesus

@freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.

I was just asked for my SIN when I called Freedom Mobile to check my account. escalated to a manager who assured me that Freedom never asked for this and doesn't even have SIN to check with. Seems like some employees are attempting identity theft @freedomsupport @cbcmarketplace
