    @freedomsupport I spoke 5 technical representative and 2 hung up the phone, 1 help me but it doesn’t work out,2 said they going to call me back after they said I need to turn on the airplane mode. I dont have access in cellular data and my job depend on it

    @freedomsupport I received a text from "Freedom" about "Settings will be sent to your phone to help configure internet access." and an OMA Client Provisioning notification around 11pm last night. Is this really from freedom or is it a scam?

    @freedomsupport Ive had issues for the past week...be it on the freedom network or not. Says mms messages not allowed on network

    @freedomsupport Last time I talked to the royalty department who offered me $30 plan with 3 gb data and unlimited talk and text switching from prepaid to postpaid.. then suddenly during my billing cycle the phone line is not working and found out it is still prepaid.

    @freedomsupport I never cancelled my service with Freedom. I tried calling the number there but it did not go through. I also called the other number for those outside North America but could not still get anyone.

    @freedomsupport I have a quick question I recently changed my plan to big gig with unlimited calls in Canada I never made a long distance call before. Is it safe and covered to call Calgary to land line non freedom member.
