    @feedinghand @FreedomMobile its true I’ve been granted so many additions even tho we literally went in and got our phones TOGETHER, same day same time same deal. still garbage overall tho i cant wait for us to be free of this in december

    @freedomsupport Best Buy is selling for $1179 as well, it's not a wholesale price. As a longtime customer who just finished a 2 year term, and may be in the market for a new device, I don't appreciate the misrepresentation.

    I just had one of he worst customer service experience at the @FreedomMobile in Marlborough Mall here in Calgary. There’s nothing like trying to pay a bill and the two employees not wanting to help AT ALL!! 😡😡

    Hi @FreedomMobile, I am travelling to India due to a family emergency. Will I get incoming text messages by default or I need to activate some package. I do not need to call or use my mobile data from India. I just need incoming text messages.

    .@FreedomMobile I’ve been charged $100 roaming and my phone disabled because I was close the US border - but not actually in the US. Your agent just wants to argue with me and won’t escalate. Please help.
