@freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both sides.

@freedomsupport I am so disappointed and disgusted with your Customer Care team who would not help us out for ridiculous US charges. Every other mobile company we deal with has a $10/ day US plan and Freedom just soaked my son. Your staff would not listen and only wanted to argue

@freedomsupport I did 3 times already and it was all the same terrible experience. All 3 agents told me I can’t schedule an internet move to a new address in advanced even though I’ve done it twice recently and I have the chat history to prove it. It makes no sense.
