When your outsourced phone support is so bad that the mere phone upgrade becomes an closed loop of phone support telling to contact chat support and then chat tells to phone, the path of lowest resistance is to switch to a new carrier who has their **** together. @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile And don't you even start with the whole "Oh we're sorry please reach out to support to make things right" because that's exactly how I ended up here in the first place. I remember when support was local and everything was handled with ease.

@freedomsupport why do you guys say you have unlimited data but dont put down that if you go through your monthly data say its 20gb that you guys slow down the internet to worst then dialup. So its really not unlimited is it and that aint right
