Anthony Gorys (@AnthGorys) reported@freedomsupport I also don't think I've ever experienced rude customer service agents from @freedomsupport like I have experienced tonight. Customers can't complain or question services or ask for help I guess.

Mike Magwood (@maggs49) reported@FreedomMobile With no service in Niagara on the lake

BIG M🐐 (@mamadou23254893) reported@FreedomMobile you guys are already the worst phone company in Canada but now you guys wanna act like your slick and ignore a simple request of wanting to talk to a supervisor manager. Your customer service is a joke, they don’t know what there doing. 🤬
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport Okay, so in other words, you *can't* help with the problem I described. It's not available online. It's out of stock. Christ, I'd forgotten I had to deal with getting a tab phone on my brother's line, just after my own experience. *******. I hoped I'd be spared a little while.

KushEdiri (@kushlane) reported@FreedomMobile Hi team, does Freedom roaming work in Sri Lanka? I simply want to receive text msgs while travelling to Sri Lanka. For Example- the OTP pin number to login when logging in to websites.

Bennett (@bennettchin) reported@FreedomMobile Too bad you can’t tell me the cost of my monthly plan when I call your customer service to ask.
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport I don't wanna just be a **** disturber, but like, seriously. What is this? I wanted to, and I often did recommend you, but I really can't do that any more. I'm not sure what drives the process at your company, but it's actually difficult to comprehend its execution.

TheBurningWolf (@whyte_wolfe) reported@FreedomMobile First of all, if someone pays a suspended phone line without your damn help, dont charge them. Second, ive seen better service back in 2007 inside underground parking lots. Third: when you get paid for A MONTHS SERVICE it is not legal to manipulate the service and you lie in T&C
