@freedomsupport Time to leave freedom mobile I guess. No way to run a business using freedom mobile as the carrier. No compensation or nothing. Absolutely horrible.

@DelroyDyer89 @FreedomMobile Likely due to freedom mobile's data network being hit by a ddos attack, it'll draw from the other allotment. Yes, it sucks. This does happen.

@freedomsupport Data was down for 5-6 hours today for me. It’s still down, but I’m home now and use Wi-Fi to text this. Tried calling 611 but after 45 min of wait time I gave up… I need data for my weekend gig work. Please fix asap

@freedomsupport Still down, so that's going on 8 hours? And the post was 2 hours ago? Shame on that decision to wait so long. That's ridiculous. I guess we are all screwed if our wireless communications go out....

One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

@AwfulMcbad @FreedomMobile You don't know how many times I assumed without checking the balance before making a payment. :O I was $3 off a few months ago (forgot about an international call I made by accident, damn call forwarding, person was on vacation). Pay directly via freedom's website if urgent.

I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?
