    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile wr have had an issue with how leaving your team was handled by the location we dealt with. We advised them our plans all along and they advised us the proper steps to take. Now they are charging us. #CustomerComplaint #customerservicefail

    @FreedomMobile Support sucks. I’ve spent 3 days and 9 hours on hold or with people who’s first language isn’t English. Trying to resolve a problem with the TV service. On day 4 now and on hold.
