Long complaint wait times (often not able to reach anyone), top up funds missing from account, no standardized billing statements. Very disappointing. More work to move carriers but poor customer service + missing funds is not acceptable.

Mayank Y (@MayankY11) reported@FreedomMobile 1/2..I bought a phone outright from a Freedom store, without a connection. And now Freedom is trying their best to not unlock that phone. Have spoken to atleast 5 cust. care reps and everyone gives a different solution which were proven wrong later.
