They’ve disconnected my phone again Disconnect then apologize and assure me that it won’t happen again Everyone knows the ending of the story. Need a new provider ideas ?

@FreedomMobile Please don’t order your phone with freedom, i happened to order one today and wanted to cancel it but they refused to cancel the order n pay the money back! Thy wanted to me to wait until the device is delivered n return it to the store to gt the refund.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport @Apple Yesterday I paid $914.17 CAD to Freedom Mobile to preorder the Iphone 13 Pro Max (256 GB), then told me the preorder is not going through and that they cannot process it or refund me so the only "solution" is attempting a CC charge back.
