@koodo I don’t understand if this is the level of customer service you offer @FreedomMobile is way better being T4. It will be a night mare to think of @TELUS customer service based on koodo’s. Stunned ! #koodowaste👎🏻

@FreedomMobile Does customer service use another measure for time? 5 min hold is nearing 30. The issue again is over billing as out of network, when all calls are within the network. #regularoccurance #

@FreedomMobile We were customers for ~10 years, and they won't forgive a $68.07 mistake that they made silently. Terrible customer support.

@freedomsupport Freedom Mobile's favorite tactic is to have their store employee's trick people into taking terrible new contracts that end up costing the consumer double. All- Do NOT get a phone upgrade that forces you into a new contract with freedom mobile. Get the phone elsewhere.

@freedomsupport I tried that and received a lot of BS. I was better off with Rogers. Same crap, but at least they were compassionate with their customers!

“In its initial appeal… the @CompBureau argued that the #Competition Tribunal made two legal errors: it acted outside its jurisdiction by considering the divestiture of @FreedomMobile alongside the original [@Rogers / #Shaw] deal, and it did so without the bureau’s consent.”🤔

@FreedomMobile Why is it such a hassle to do anything on your services! Your phone staff can't spell my name right or do anything with my account and yet I have to go into a store just to be told I need to phone customer service. Stop sending me in circles over simple fixes!

@FreedomMobile I don't understand if your customer executives are capable enough to understand the query from the customer. I have asked for a better plan and your executive ended up changing the plan to a higher amount, what kind of service is this? #FreedomMobile
