    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
