@freedomsupport I should also mention that since the device was the best one I could get for $0, and it was out of stock online, (and presumably still is since it's no longer in production) I was not given a choice but to go down to the store, or else I would have ordered online and saved money.

@freedomsupport what a Terrible customer service by freedom and a terrible glitch in the system wherein the customer support team cannot even access a customer's account even after providing a right multi factor authentication code.😓
