    @FreedomMobile it’s trade up time. I tried online, no humans. I tried calling, no answer. I tried going into a store, and got told iPhone 17 preorders start Monday. wtf is going on with you guys. I’m tempted to switch to @bell, they’ve been bugging me about it anyway.

    @FreedomMobile Your outbound sales team offered me a discounted plan, but the discount wasn’t applied. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps—no resolution. Can someone actually help fix this?

    @FreedomMobile stop ******* up the connection at night time yall not making my text go through when it’s night time why are people saying they just receiving my text messages that’s 24 hours ago, provide better quality service to your clients and customers thank you .

    @FreedomMobile You're harassing my daughter on charges that she does not owe you, you have sent a debt collection agency after her. She has called your reps, they won't listen, she has emailed, no one cares. WTF? DO BETTER!!

    @FreedomMobile spoke to your 2Lvl tech support and the guy telling me that 1Mbps is acceptable 5G speed for Freedom? the issue I'm having is not related to network but ME. I did 10 test and average speed was 5 Mbps and I get buffering videos, unwatchable. Before this issue I was getting 50 Mbps. Clearly it's not me.
