@freedomsupport why do you guys say you have unlimited data but dont put down that if you go through your monthly data say its 20gb that you guys slow down the internet to worst then dialup. So its really not unlimited is it and that aint right

@FreedomMobile Your messaging support system is horrible. I can't even activate my new SIM card. I've clicked "I need help" five times now and I got no response with regards to activating my SIM card. Wtf is this!?

@FreedomMobile Crap reception. Focus on giving only new customers best rates and deals. Called support the other day and could not answer "how much total data do I have in my monthly plan?" The text support does not work.

@FreedomMobile u guys are advertising it as unlimited data but really its not cause once you go over your monthly gb say its 20 then you guys slow the speed down to almost what dial.up was and you cant do anything with that. So really data is not unlimited

@freedomsupport U guys should offer true unlimited data with no slow downs at all and get rid of the data limits. I would pay easily 120 a month to get true unlimited data from you guys and you would knock rogers and bell out the game just a thought
