    @FreedomMobile Hi, I had a prepaid account which expired because freedom mobile failed to execute auto pay on my card. The card is stilI valid and subsequent transactions of freedom mobile have passed without any problem. I had about $500 balance in the account and it was made 0

    @FreedomMobile Hi Freedom Mobile, I activated a prepaid plan yesterday and I was assigned someone else's account through my SIM card yesterday. I escalated to a manager that refuses to treat this seriously. I would like a refund. My case ID is C-640-78173.

    @FreedomMobile Now I am being offered only $100 by your customer care which is not acceptable at all. Customer care says they have authority to only give upto that amount and only back office can approve higher refund.

    Did you know that @FreedomMobile will not ship you a phone if you make a SINGLE late payment -- and by late I mean online banking doesn't work weekends -- even though you're recovering from heart surgery and immunocompromised during a pandemic? They're the best

    @freedomsupport are you having network issues related to SMS? I can't seem to send any sms messages. Haven't tested phone calls yet.

    I need to know @FreedomMobile, you published a page about 5G in 2020, the 5G spectrum auction got pushed to June 2021...now you won't be participating in the auction. How & when will Freedom Mobile offer 5G service??? And pls don't say Stay Tuned for updates. Let's get answers.
