MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.

A. (@mcfaddders) reportedHey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

HR (@_kasheer_) reported@FreedomMobile Last two times I was told they will fix it. Now I am being told that half of my Roam Beyond data (bonus 10GB) will be used within Canada BEFORE my home data is used (250GB US/Canada/Mex). How does it even make sense?!
