    @freedomsupport Freedom is all about the scam charging you to port your number. The service doesn’t even work 40 minutes out of the Guelph area.

    @FreedomMobile hello I’m getting so many spam phone calls after switching service providers from entities that claim to be “Service Canada” - is there something that freedom mobile can do about this? AT&T has done something.

    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

    @FreedomMobile you really need to fix the issues with this connectivity bs, I'm gonna switch to bell soon, I've had it I lost money last month due to my cellphone not putting my card number in properly. I have had this problem every month

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile can you please review your APs in the Guelph (Kortright & Hanlon / Kortright & Edinburgh) area. I have 5g with between 2 & 3 of 4 bars but data is borderline unusable. IF it connects it's brutally slow.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!
