Teresa Turner (@Te_Turner) reported@FreedomMobile is hands down the worst of all the providers. Strong arm tactics and multiple attempts to cancel a prepaid $15 phone. Said they would do it, never did, phone was no longer in their poor service area. Very rude customer service. Kept me waiting to make me give up
