@freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both ends!

@FreedomMobile since the #OttawaOutage hit it’s almost impossible to get service in my area. How about extending your nation wide data temporarily so people can use more than 500mb.

@freedomsupport Making someone pay for extra data when YOUR towers are down and they HAVE to use the nationwide option? I’m in a freedom zone, but there’s no signal because your tower has now power. So why should I be paying the extra for the lack of service in your zone?
