@freedomsupport This is a huge issue that definitely needs the CEOs attention. I don't exaggerate. The company is paying people to create basic orders when these orders could be done in two minutes. Huge waste of time and money!

@FreedomMobile how come new customer gets 50gb of data for 40$ but old customer that has been with you for 10years doesn’t get that good of a deal ? Is that how you treat your loyal customers ?

@freedomsupport I need help with a new sim card. I have tried over 20 times and no matter whatever device it is, it keeps saying an error "Invalid SIM number" I am trying to setup a new number. I tried calling and they said go try again. Its not working!

Had the worst ever experience with @freedomsupport They flagged my account for "excessive texting" and locked me out of texting for an entire month. They did not inform me of this. When I called technical support multiple times they assured me my device was the issue.
