@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Im a freedom customer. I pay 113 (65 for my plan of 10gigs and 35 for my tab boost plus taxes)every month. New customers are paying 65 dollars for unlimited data and 0 dollars for their phone. I have pixel 3 #rippedoff

@FreedomMobile Hi, I’m trying to reach your customer service line but it says to call back within business hours which is 8AM. It is now 8:21AM. I’m calling to inquire about roaming charges as I’m about to cross the border. Please let me know.

@FreedomMobile learned the hard way to not trust your sales staff. They don't offer information or professionalism. If you ask for help after the fact? Answer is, 'this is your problem not ours'. Do not trust Freedom. Ever.

@FreedomMobile ? Why is it that your call centre is truly reprehensible? Why? Fix your problems. People call centre are rude, disrespectful, ugly, vicious, incompetent and a lot more! Have a manager call me immediately. Reprehensible! A disgrace
