@freedomsupport Been on a call for 3 hrs trying to get a bill resolution and supervisor and agents were of no help. I will be porting my service over to Rogers tomorrow after 8/9 years with Freedom/Wind mobile.

@FreedomMobile We had an absolutely horrible nightmare experience yesterday at a store we called the centre but no one cares.. with freedom the power is with the store rather than the franchise. After hard credit check and paying our tab and standing for 2 hours we were lied to about price..
