I pay 113 (65 for my plan of 10gigs and 35 for my tab boost plus taxes)every month. New customers are paying 65 dollars for unlimited data and 0 dollars for their phone. I have pixel 3 #rippedoff

We have had the same plan since we started with freedom years ago. We were never told it was a promotion. He said nothing can be done, we just had to pay.

I'm trying to to p up my account and can't access anything? Should this not be done in the middle of the night when there is less traffic? Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back

Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.
