@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

I just had one of he worst customer service experience at the @FreedomMobile in Marlborough Mall here in Calgary. There’s nothing like trying to pay a bill and the two employees not wanting to help AT ALL!! 😡😡

@freedomsupport I have so many problems with freedom because I was use freedom to long time but it’s garbage service Last 3-4 month I have daily call Custer care Bt anybody not solve my problem no network not connected any call bullshit

@FreedomMobile It should actually be fraud that when I'm connected to wifi or a hotspot that you somehow can still charge me $48 in roaming fees when I had no knowledge that my phone was using roaming at all. **** this.
