I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

SIXO FOUR (@sixo_four) reported@FreedomMobile if I still have 12 months on an agreement and an amount on my freedom tab, do I have to pay the entire balance of tab to cancel the contract or is it a set cost of $20/month x 12 months?
