    One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

    I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

    @rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Yes stuck on repeat with no one taking ownership. I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP

    @FreedomMobile Iโ€™ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times Iโ€™ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. Iโ€™m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.
