Megan Smith (@mmcksmith) reported@freedomsupport Please make esim work or don't offer it. I'm now out a phone because the QR generated doesn't work (others do) but my old phone is deactivated. So I have to go into a store. In COVID wave#3. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I tried this.

The simple thing would have been to just give me a working QR code or put my LG G4 back on the network. Instead we're here.

Megan Smith (@mmcksmith) reported@freedomsupport and now I apparently can't get my $231.78 credit back! How wonderful! First I can't get a running phone when I'm a customer in good standing without jumping through hoops and now this. This is about the customer service I'm coming to expect.
