@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

@freedomsupport With Freedom, brought my own phone. Told my phone will work with freedom. My cell phone works everywhere but my home. Called multiple times and have been to a store multiple times. No one can help me. Just told they don't know why.
