I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

Guess who is getting harassed by a collection agency now ? Truly a horrible company . They even harass the family of deceased customers . Pretty sad and sick .

My bill has gone down from 338 dollars to 188 dollars. Right on I thought. The lady I talked to was polite and respectful.

No data activated from 10 days, multiple SIM replacements, several hours spent on chat and in-person and yet NO ONE can resolve this
