@FreedomMobile, this is to notify you of service failure from 2000hrs Friday July 26, 2016 on my phone. I contacted your office and was informed it will take 30days! I was further advised to "follow up" after 30days if the it is not resolved. I was so surprised that your customer

@Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport It could be, but it isn’t, the problem affects all data services; no DNS, no email, no connection to lightweight web servers. And it has been consistent for over a week, since the literal moment I crossed my plan’s fast data limit.

@freedomsupport I need to cancel. I'm not getting the service I pay for. I can't even make a phone call on the road without it dropping. It's just not a service you buy if you need a phone.

Today is my last day of being a customer of @FreedomMobile. Changing my account name should not be harder than cancelling my service and arranging service with one of your competitors. The manager at my local store was apathetic and told me to visit a different store. So I will.

@stockharold @FreedomMobile I get LTE and 3G, so I don't know what the hell you're talking about. If you have an obscure or older device, that explains it. OR if you live nextdoor or in a community of tin-foil hatters (fringe), that explains why LTE isn't available (signal jammers).
