James Greenfield (@james_zgreenf) reported from Barrie, Ontario@CanuckDenny @VMCcare I use @PublicMobile! Really good for me and they actually have service in the middle of nowhere! I was considering @FreedomMobile but sadly they don't reach my location. So definitely look at Public as they are pay-as-you-go monthly payments. No contracts!

HA (@achauuu) reported5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.
-
Mike Bryan (@mikebryan) reported@PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

Purna Kumal (@kumalpurna1) reportedYou guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?
-
Keegan Seeburger (@CuratedCollect) reportedAfter 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month
-
