    @CanuckDenny @VMCcare I use @PublicMobile! Really good for me and they actually have service in the middle of nowhere! I was considering @FreedomMobile but sadly they don't reach my location. So definitely look at Public as they are pay-as-you-go monthly payments. No contracts!

    @freedomsupport this is the 4th month in a row that I will need to contact your customer service, sit on hold for an hour to get a charged reversed which should not be charged. I paid the full annual fee back in Nov and you keep billing the fee every month. U are wasting my time

    @freedomsupport Freedom network is down in alliston ontario again. Been with freedom/wind mobile past 8 years, service should improve not decline. Its not our devices, it can't be all apple and android phones. When will this stop?!?!

    @FreedomMobile my mother signed up at Christmas, has had no coverage at home and around town since. Customer service in store no help, can't call due to no reception. Very disappointed and now wants extra money to cancel contract. Terrible

    @freedomsupport Because it is outside the 15 days, Freedom says "too bad so sad." Lesson learned not to give companies a chance to improve. next time will cancel right away to avoid this situation.

    @freedomsupport You have reached out to me again to give me the exact answer as you did 2 weeks ago: the back office is investigating. You've already admitted that you cannot help me, along with all your representatives. I am sitting without service for 2 weeks now for no reason! Thanks anyway

    @FreedomMobile worst customer service experience. Wanted to migrate from prepaid to postpaid. Had a credit check at the store. Asked the customer care representative to migrate. Instead of migrating me to postpaid he transferred me to another prepaid plan.

    @freedomsupport Have reached out multiple times, and they just keep trying to give us a promotion price, so we can pay less for a service that doesn't even work.
