    @CanuckDenny @VMCcare I use @PublicMobile! Really good for me and they actually have service in the middle of nowhere! I was considering @FreedomMobile but sadly they don't reach my location. So definitely look at Public as they are pay-as-you-go monthly payments. No contracts!

    @CanuckDenny @PublicMobile @FreedomMobile Ah, thankfully I have LTE service with Public, but there are other options out there! @koodo is a decent one too!

    @FreedomMobile why do I keep getting “cannot verify server identity” whenever I try to use wifi outside of my home? Why do I need to turn wifi off to access cellular? Terrible service. Many dead spots even in towns (Osoyoos).

    Hey @FreedomMobile you’ve called me every two hours. You never leave a voicemail, and my bills been paid on time. So I call the number back, and every person I talk to has no clue why you’d be calling me. This is starting to feel like harassment, what do you want???

    Now back to @freedomsupport from 7:30 PM EST yesterday. I was Shuttled button multiple associates and so-called loyalty team but no one even understand the problem "eSim generation in your website is not working, give me an eSim code to use".

    @freedomsupport That's false advertising. As a customer, I feel violated, and this is a safety issue as I can't make any calls 99% of the time / or use the internet from the place I am living in for the last four months. I am sending you a DM and I hope you solve my issues ASAP

    Tried online - failed Contacted customer care - failed (suggestions given to visit @FreedomMobile Store to solve the problem)

    Got Caught in a circle of death with @freedomsupport. My conversation started roughly around 4 PM EST yesterday and still going on. Spoke to 7+ associates and no even seems understand the basic problem

    but they keep telling we will report to a higher team and then they terminate the conversation (Basically escape). Kudos to @FreedomMobile your loyalty team managed to make me think of Moving to other network like bell / telus
