@FreedomMobile If only you would assist your current customers instead of tweeting my advice is to Pay a bit more and go with a different company. This company has yet to assist me. Not once. Not ever. I literally beg for service

@FreedomMobile Spoke to the Loyalty dept and wasted an hour on the call where no solution was provided. The agent was so blunt and it seemed though he was happy to close my accounts for good with freedom. Switching over to a different carrier because of this! CASE ID C70962586

@FreedomMobile, THIS IS ABSURD ! I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro 256gb at Dufferin location paying extra $100. I was told it’d take 3-4 weeks at max but it’s been more than 9 weeks now. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. Is this how you treat your customers ?

@Hemal3490 @freedomsupport They should not charged once customer went away or port out. It’s doesn’t matter some one setup auto payment or not. System must stop charging the credit card. It’s ridiculous.

@FreedomMobile Hey how about you address the customer service and not worry about resolutions. Instead assist customers and then worry about this other stuff. Lots of angry people about service and silly policies
