@FreedomMobile U don't think I called Freedom Mobile and went in stores personally to get this resolved? You all lied and said you couldn't help and claimed you didn't know what the return shipping label # was. Nah - I'm saving anyone I can from this fraud.

@FreedomMobile Still no service after paying for 2 SIMs and $33. Been told to go to the store repeatedly. This is unacceptable. Please fix this now.”

  • KarTof_6975 Student (@KarTof_6975) reported

Dear @uoft #international_students from a personal experience, I recommend buying your mobile plans from @FreedomMobile instead of @Bell , their customer service is way better, plans are great, autopay is on credit not debit, which is safer!

  • Weatherman2709 Brent (Weatherman) (@Weatherman2709) reported

@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile Yvonne, that exactly my scenario what you mentioned. The store took the original hardware but didn’t do a reversal of the value of the phone back to consumer account. They made it look like I broke the service agreement also value of full new phone plus activation of $70
