@HankCustodio @FreedomMobile Had the same issue. I called and spoke to a supervisor that had no idea either. It started with Sim 1 Not Allowed message. Then moved to Not registered hours later.

@FreedomMobile customers service jokers worst customer service every time jokers from your Cambridge store returning back bunch. Of times they sending us back jokers and fools hired by company bunch of jokers And it’s finding ways to send us back @CRTC

@FreedomMobile your home internet division is so stupid and incompetent. I’m cancelling all my freedoms services including my wife’s separate line over the next month. $200 / month for the three lines and internet that will go to a different company.
