@freedomsupport Your team ain't helping me. Only reply I get is to wait. Whybas a customer should I suffer and wait more, because of your internal logistics issue?

@FreedomMobile Freedom is the most unreliable and inconsistent network I've ever had. Big mistake switching to them. Many dead spots and are charged roaming fees when in Freedom area. Don't waste your money. You get what you pay for. Freedom is crap!!!!

@FreedomMobile hey freedom, asking for a friend, why does it make more sense to have more customer reps in your store than customers? Watching customers look in and walk away.....

@FreedomMobile Terrible service. Not able to receive calls . Have called technical support over 10 times , no solution. Avoid Freedom...save time. Cheap service.

@FreedomMobile maannn it was a good run.. but it's time to move on.. for now.. Thanks for the cheap monthly plans and spotty data service in the woods..

@freedomsupport Absolutely Understood! Not sure if it makes sense to have more customers reps on the inside when you could have sent one on the outside to ‘triage’ customers and allow a customer to receive service on the inside. The Oshawa branch customer service needs a review

@freedomsupport Another horrible experience with freedom customer service and managers. I added a new line and phone with tab to my account in Jan. Was promised $20 a month in credits, they were not added to my bill. After numerous calls weeks w/ no followup, still $5 short #SMFH

Don't get @FreedomMobile. When your 10gbs are done, they slow down the internet way too much. I can't load basic pages, or any social media apps. Very sad. Anybody know of a real unlimited data company? Even if they do reduce speed, as long it isn't as much as @freedomsupport
