I've been on the phone with @FreedomMobile to try to resolve an issue of having my phone connected to a U.S. network (for which I paid for) so I can use it. It's been SIX hours, FOUR agents and this is literally my vacation now, being a karen and trying to solve this. #badservice

@FreedomMobile You charged me for a call made from my Kanata home to Hamilton. When texting with support today, the first person said I called from an area that gets Nationwide Calling and asked for my postcode. The second person said I had called a national no.

another day wasted with @freedomsupport despite endless promises of a resolution. A complaint will be filed with @CCTS_CPRST to avoid this happening with other. Stay away from @FreedomMobile unless you want to waste your time and lose your sanity. Incompetence at its finest

I wouldn’t recommend @Rogers due to its shady practice. I opted out of roam like home and use the line as backup only as I have grandfathered plan of @FreedomMobile that includes US roaming. Still I got charged for a day of service. How come @RogersHelps?

@freedomsupport No. It is a server side issue and not a client side issue hence the nginx error.
