@shae_brianna @FreedomMobile From what I have been experiencing, the third-party payment processor has been getting hit by cyberattacks on a daily basis. It's brutal, and it sucks, and nothing freedom can do about it. :(

@freedomsupport Nothing is working, I called and waited for 20 minutes, I have been messaging the help agent for more than 45 minutes and getting anywhere, this is really frustrating and a complete disappointment

@Kyuss_Jones @freedomsupport I was with them. Their network is difficult if you leave the area. But from the sake of hassle, issues, and costumer service they were better than any provider I’ve ever been with. Once they get their network large enough I would go with them again.

@freedomsupport I asked for a refund and now they can't refund me inside the store. You wasted more than hour of my time. Did nothing to help and now you take my money and won't give it back ...W in the flying F I'll be parked outside your store in protest... fyi

@DaveSfmg54 @ungullibleguy @FreedomMobile Nope I agree with just Dave. Best provider I’ve been with. Their network needs a lot upgrades before I consider going back. But from costumer service and sorts they were great
