@freedomsupport This is a huge issue that definitely needs the CEOs attention. I don't exaggerate. The company is paying people to create basic orders when these orders could be done in two minutes. Huge waste of time and money!

  • BariWasaf Wasaf Bari (@BariWasaf) reported

@FreedomMobile I've been trying to reach Freedom Mobile's customer support through text and they haven't responded in hours. Can someone help?

  • jhndryl John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport hey! I need help availing the cellular data plan for my apple watch. Send me a dm please! Thanks

  • hemond_r L. P. (@hemond_r) reported

@freedomsupport If “one response is enough”, how about six? Your system screwed up and never “successfully” do anything. It would be nice if you could hold yourselves to a certain minimum standard of care.

  • ShmaSingh Shma Singh (@ShmaSingh) reported

@freedomsupport is it usual for you to offer a deal to a customer as he/she is leaving the company, only to remove the deal after the fact?

  • a71163741 Keisha A (@a71163741) reported

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I’ve received the WORST customer service both instore and on the phone. Over a week I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone and plan and have been given nothing but the run around.

  • ShmaSingh Shma Singh (@ShmaSingh) reported

@freedomsupport that doesn't solve the problem. I need a manager to call me, which they do and three times theyve left 6 digit return numbers. All this after you reneg on your offer.

  • starlaxcheese Starla (@starlaxcheese) reported

@freedomsupport -___- my sister is on the phone with you guys and I literally just heard how rude your services were. Thank God I'm with Chatr.

  • starlaxcheese Starla (@starlaxcheese) reported

@FreedomMobile these guys are rude, disrespectful and threaten my sister when she was asking for them to return her money. They have abused their power and tried to intimate my sister to try to resolve this shady conflict that freedom has done.

  • ShmaSingh Shma Singh (@ShmaSingh) reported

@freedomsupport terrible support. On hold for hours be given a deal and have it taken always. Walk away from kudo bc u give a better offer and reneg. Terrible. Supervisors leave incoherent voicemails with no return number. What is this?
