  @FreedomMobile I am extremely disappointed in how horribly I was treated by one of your store managers and several of your “customer service” reps. It took a CRTC complaint and hours of time to reach an acceptable resolution. I will NEVER recommend Freedom to anybody

  @FreedomMobile Glad my $100 a month service can't even guarantee I can make a call or get one for that matter. Should have stayed Wind Mobile because your services are here one second and then gone the next, just like the wind. After a year it's time to switch. See ya.

  @FreedomMobile my mom was disrespected by one of the retail specialists at West Edmonton Mall. He didnt have to be very rude, very unnecessary. He kept insisting that the promo she's getting for my brother doesnt exist, & gaslighted my mom for being upset by his behaviour.

  @freedomsupport no surprise that ive been on hold with @FreedomMobile for 4 hours as some sort of ploy to prevent me from cancelling my number with them... filing a complaint with the commissions of complaints for telecom services
