    @freedomsupport Thanks. Definitely some kind of issue, they said they will contact me when resolved, likely end of day today or tomorrow. At one point they showed me their screen; it was just spinning wheels

    I am FURIOUS at the terrible customer service I just received at @FreedomMobile. Dismissive answers and taking zero responsibility for their mistakes.😡

    @FreedomMobile is running a very crude attempt at customer retention. They stall unlocking your phone preventing a customer from going to a different #cellphone carrier. #CRTC #telecommunications

    @AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile We were with Wind/freedom 8 years ago or so, and it was the worst sevice we've ever had. Dead zones, roaming in our own home. Dropped calls. Just the worst
