@freedomsupport trying that but its a guesstimate at best they are looking at 4-5 weeks before they can guarantee anything how do you never have stock of any of the phones that people are looking for?

  • nikayaholmess__ nikayaholmess 👑 (@nikayaholmess__) reported

@freedomsupport Currently on the phone waiting to speak with a supervisor. The service used to be fantastic when I worked for you guys and it seems it has all went down hill since.

@dhogg72 @freedomsupport Hi again @FreedomMobile, you asked for them to reach out. They have. Twice. Are you getting a sense of how their customer service experience has been thus far as you charge them massive fees for canceling services following the death of their child?

  • woohoo331 woohoo331 (@woohoo331) reported

@freedomsupport 5 stores no stock wow talk about wasting my time on this Freedom never has stock of any phone that people want

  • VirveAljas Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

  • KPKyeg Kevin Kimmis (@KPKyeg) reported

@TheLastLinda Glad to know he’s trying. I’m with @FreedomMobile which is cheap but they only have a 4G network. And since Shaw announced the sale to Rogers, which has Videotron buying Freedom, talk of upgrading their network has ceased.

  • Marcus_hardt Reinhardt_M (@Marcus_hardt) reported

@freedomsupport Is LTE service down in downtown Vancouver. I have bars but no 3G. Or LTE. This happened yesterday too around the same time

  • VirveAljas Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."
