    @FreedomMobile & anytime I call 611 for assistance or genuine questions your customer service representatives can’t help in any light and stumble on their words. I can’t name how many times I’ve asked to speak to a higher up and they’ve literally just brushed me off

    @FreedomMobile I’d like a number for the backend office, NO MATTER what I ask, you can’t won’t help me. Loyal customer since 2018. And no I do not want the loyalty department because loyalty is nothing to you. DM me with a direct number BACK END OFFICE! AND NOT AN EMAIL! 😤

    @FreedomMobile I have been since day one when it was wind Mobile. Customer care was great. Now im considering to change causes. Any promotion comes up only non existing customers. Loyalty is on the bottom. Finally non of the promo are comparable to other phone companies. Existing customers not
