    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    @FreedomMobile I don't get any network in my office building in downtown Toronto and when I call you technical support team, the people either shout or cut the call. If this is the service one receives I am done with your service. Scammer company
