    @freedomsupport I’m happy with everything else about Freedom, but the service that day was really bad. Just kept blaming us. Didn’t care we were 20-30 kilometres away from the US in Canada.

    @FreedomMobile, I'm supposed to be on call for work tonight but yet, there seems to be a network issue and I can't call out or answer calls — any idea what's going on or if it'll be back sooner than later?

    @freedomsupport hey on the road in Kelowna. My phone only works on wifi and says emergency calls only. Wife's is also acting up. Is there a network outage?

    @FreedomMobile hey there i just did the transfer of account. I set up a pin. Im trying to call the customer service and its asking for the pin. Soon as i enter call gets cut. Help
