    @FreedomMobile contacted the today and now they are asking me to go for another credit check. Is the customer a fool? You guys keep making mistakes and then ask us to run to the store again and again

    @freedomsupport I went over my 5gb plan but the speed has slowed down to the point of it being unusable. My plan is supposed to be unlimited. I'm fine with slower speeds, but not to the point that apps just don't work at all. Please help/DM me. Thanks

    @FreedomMobile I do NOT recommend freedom mobile to anybody. I’d rather pay out the *** to a company that has full service everywhere than to pay out the *** to a company that cuts out everywhere including major cities.

    @freedomsupport Thanks for the response but I'm not sure I understand fully. If call forwarding is on but the phone is off, why would it matter whether my prepaid phone is physically within the Freedom Network coverage area? I would be call forwarding the number to an American number, fyi.

    @FreedomMobile worst customer service experience. Wanted to migrate from prepaid to postpaid. Had a credit check at the store. Asked the customer care representative to migrate. Instead of migrating me to postpaid he transferred me to another prepaid plan.
