    @freedomsupport Terrible Protection Plan with “Likewise”; they are a bunch of scammers!! People don’t buy protection plan from @FreedomMobile - “Likewise” will happily collect your money but will not help you if you need them!

    @freedomsupport Thank you for your response! Likewise told me that the processing fee starts from $139 and goes upto $499. Seems like either you are not updated or they are charging more. I have been following up with them since Oct 16; still no resolution! Complained to CCTS

    @freedomsupport Exactly my point - creating an MVNO to purchase bulk access would increase access to the network for existing customers.

    Thanks @RogersHelps for almost making sure I lose my job by such inefficient customer service . Two weeks and still wifi is not fixed Customer service contacted through phone,chat and through twitter. But still here i am using my @FreedomMobile hotspot from phone to stay afloat

    @freedomsupport Freedom mobile are cheats! I got new number on Sept 02, which never started, I visited their rep NUMEROUS times, called their stupid cust care 100s of times, no resolution, they have been deducting my account for last 3 months. Even after canceling the account.

    @Ryan_r_Williams I was charged more than a a few hundred dollar for 400mb of roaming data by the @FreedomMobile and when I asked to cancel my service they said there will be “consequences” and I won’t receive my phone number!

    @FreedomMobile .. we choose your services and closed in few days.. now we are being told after they have deducted the money from our account. Customer care is so ridiculous to treat new customers like this. @FreedomMobile
