@freedomsupport bare minimum is you notify clients. As stated I already had this issue two years ago. The problem was fixed. You guys changed your network, didnt notify me and proceeded to charge me cos i was on an old plan. stop replying to my tweets if youre not willing to fix the problem

@freedomsupport I cant activate my sim card but Im not the account holder my mother is but shes out of town for about 1.5 months and I brought a new sim card trying to activate it online but it wont let me been trying for a few hours and I still can't activate it please HELP. THX
@freedomsupport unbelievable! From last two hours with support team for add $ in my account to active my phone line . And every agent hang up the line after 15-20 minutes. What a service and shameful staff.
