If I KNEW I would have! Never been treated like this in my 7 years as a loyal @FreedomMobile customer 😡 I felt like a small child being scolded with 0 empathy or compassion.

@FreedomMobile do you have any Canadian customer service reps? @CRTCeng @CanadaGovNews

Just a heads up that @FreedomMobile changed the way they charge for data roaming and I was hit with a $94 charge for a DAY TRIP to Buffalo. But don’t worry, customer service was able to knock $30 off of that while they kept telling me “next time buy an add on”

@askmewhatdeezis @LFalasca @FreedomMobile If you're talking about the outage, that I can understand. One removes the key (sim) to the network from the slot, and then you *can* call 9-1-1, since it'll connect to any available working network, that being bell or telus in that case.

@FreedomMobile has provided quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have admitted that their insurance carrier @likewize is not providing the service we thought we were paying for but are unable to provide an acceptable solution.

@freedomsupport your customer service sucks, you rip off customers, I am been charged for incoming call and Victor from customer care says he can’t do anything about it

@freedomsupport provides terrible service. Their insurance provider, Likewize, has no option for in person repairs in the lower mainland of BC. @FreedomMobile cannot offer a reasonable alternate solution to the problem.Don’t use them as a provider or buy the insurance.

@peternowak I needed a second line - was told WiFi calling wasn’t supported for prepaid plans! Asked me to switch to Telus. I switched to @FreedomMobile ! On another note, noticed FM service quality has changed a lot - I may even switch my primary line from Telus to FM!

@SweetSourcream3 @FreedomMobile You don't need to change your plan. If you want a lower tab rate, make a down-payment towards the device (50-75% is best). It's what I would do.

@freedomsupport Unlimited data shouldn’t slow down after the data bucket is used as it originally did when wind was your company. I hate the change. It’s not unlimited when the lte speeds are unusable. Just a thought.
