    @FreedomMobile your unlimited data plans slow down once the data bucket is used up. This actually slows down the internet so much that it’s unusable. Can you speed up the data please.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

    @SweetSourcream3 @FreedomMobile You don't need to change your plan. If you want a lower tab rate, make a down-payment towards the device (50-75% is best). It's what I would do.

  • HODLSFMV2 Tron M (@HODLSFMV2) reported

    @FreedomMobile Freedom is absolute garbage.

  • TheraBarclay Thera Barclay (@TheraBarclay) reported

    Hey @freedomsupport, my data services have been suspended due to an "outsanding balance", but I've already paid off my balance (in fact, I have a $45 credit). I can't make or receive calls or text messages. Any help in sorting this out would be much appreciated!

    @freedomsupport @freedomsupport I assure you I have spoken to Likewize on many occasions; they offer no reasonable solutions,unless I want to travel by ferry to Vancouver Island. Their service reflects on you. @FreedomMobile has left me in the cold to deal with their insurance provider. BBB next

  • Massoud58677991 Sam (@Massoud58677991) reported

    @FreedomMobile Whoa you won’t have signal when u need it .

  • DDeenie Dee Mo (@DDeenie) reported

    @freedomsupport provides terrible service. Their insurance provider, Likewize, has no option for in person repairs in the lower mainland of BC. @FreedomMobile cannot offer a reasonable alternate solution to the problem.Don’t use them as a provider or buy the insurance.

  • BENDELLX1 BENDELLX (@BENDELLX1) reported

    @FreedomMobile what's going on with the network. It's been over 24hrs no data

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

    @HODLSFMV2 @FreedomMobile They aren't if you have a compatible device. Wi-Fi calling solves the need for a signal booster (as long as you have internet service at home, where signal cannot get inside), voLTE solves the need for your device to fall back to 3G for voice calls. Both don't cost a thing.
