    @FreedomMobile I contacted you guys 4 hours ago about a very simple issue, my internet was working great but I couldn't reach one site, now my internet isn't working at all! I've been on WhatsApp for 4 hours with 2 of your techs and nothing! I'm disabled & work from home

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I say this only bc I’ve been with them all over the years. @FreedomMobile has been the best I’ve ever had in terms of pricing and support. Just my take.

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!

    @FreedomMobile Can you please make sure a customer with full information about after services charges. Why did you introduce some new **** like giving connection fee refund with $5 over 9 months than full reimbursed.

    @themainnetwork @FreedomMobile Been on hold for over an hour. 1.5 hrs on the chat. It's horrible. My number got ported, being charged as they did, unable to log into the account. Just a nightmare provider

    @FreedomMobile If you have freedom mobile your connection will be so poor that you can’t even watch the game! After the game your connection will be so poor that you can’t talk to your family about the game
