    @freedomsupport I have received about 100 bogus calls supposedly from Service Canada or Canada Border Services - all telling me a warrant for my arrest has been issued etc. Always different phone numbers which I block after the call. How do I stop this nonsense?

    Got Caught in a circle of death with @freedomsupport. My conversation started roughly around 4 PM EST yesterday and still going on. Spoke to 7+ associates and no even seems understand the basic problem

    @FreedomMobile I need to cancel my prepaid home internet and only option i have is messaging or to go to the store. Messaging absolutely doesn't work for me and takes a long time. Going to store not possible as i am out. Why calling is not an option?

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been charged twice for an account that was restricted. The outrageous thing us that the customer service was awful in solving the problem. Ate you encouraging a service cancellation?

    Hey @FreedomMobile you’ve called me every two hours. You never leave a voicemail, and my bills been paid on time. So I call the number back, and every person I talk to has no clue why you’d be calling me. This is starting to feel like harassment, what do you want???
