Hey @freedomsupport I requested my old auto pay setup and number to be removed - you have still debited my account for 3 months after this request, every time I phone customer support they tell me it is removed and cancelled but I am still being debited! WTF is going on?

Be careful with @FreedomMobile you contract a plan, they offer you the service and you end up paying 200% more at the end of the month

@freedomsupport I recently got a yearly plan without data (nov 10th ) and now I see an offer for yearly plan with 50gb data . Why can’t you add data to my plan and match it ? This is so unfair to customers like me who choose yearly plan until yesterday . Can you help ?

@freedomsupport I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The Freedom website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. I'll have to go elsewhere
