    @freedomsupport Hi freedom. I was advised I would recite a call within 12-24 hours, twice. Which has not happened. And now you say 48 hours. I don’t really want to deal with the customer service team as they have already mishandled my issue 3 times.

    @freedomsupport been trying to reach live body for phone support since yesterday but keep getting message to call back within business hours when I’m calling DURING business hours … or were you closed yesterday at 3PM EST, 4PM EST & 6PM EST
