@YXEguy @FreedomMobile I'm not sure if you can use the apple watch data on roaming networks and if you go over your data cap, they'll slow your data down to dialup speeds (64kbps) so, not quite the same.

@freedomsupport These attempts to DM are just a want to APPEAR helpful. I need someone who ACTUALLY will help me.

@freedomsupport hey there. Are there any issue with the service? People calling me are saying that they get "this number is not in service" messages some times when they call me today.

  • FreightGuy751 David (@FreightGuy751) reported

@freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me

  • ShoeTease 𝓒𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓪 (@ShoeTease) reported

@MSCMommyLife @FreedomMobile My bf does. It used to be VERY spotty in the city and missed calls because of it at home. However, the last few months it’s been a non issue and he pays $57 per month which is amazing (I pay $83 with Telus).

  • Dr__Dreadz Chris lennox (@Dr__Dreadz) reported

@freedomsupport Speeds seem very slow today. Below 1mbs. Any problems on your end? Cambridge Ontario. Thank!

  • audiobeing PapaGord (@audiobeing) reported

Well @FreedomMobile messaged me to help which I thought was great until I’m getting the same results as before. So avoid using them if you can.

  • msuebeeCA sue butler (@msuebeeCA) reported

@freedomsupport WHY? If you cannot call me please refer me to someone who can. Saying call customer service when it is the thing I am complaining about does not make sense. Phone companies need to do better. @FreedomMobile
