    @freedomsupport I'm getting neighbour-spoofed calls like 3-4 times a day lately, I'm blocking them on my end but is there anything you can do to eliminate the spam calling on your network?

    @freedomsupport Well that was a failure. No help at all, can't wait to switch back to a reliable carrier but too bad they made us pay for a year already. Buyer beware!

    @FreedomMobile absolute worst customer care in the industry! I have worked in this industry for a long time and this is horrendous. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. Not only did they LIE ABOUT SERVICES they give me NO route to complain and I have managers not listen and then hang up???

    @FreedomMobile Paid deposit for new iPhone12Pro. Been 2 months now. Haven’t received it! Store employees have only 1 thing to say”Out of stock”! All other carriers have it available! Don’t need refund! Need new phone! Been customer for over 4years!! Worst service ever!!

    @FreedomMobile My husband and I have been waiting since October 23, so... a couple weeks ago we went to the store to ask about them and they said that we have to keep waiting. We are considering to cancel the pre order tbh

    @freedomsupport I have never been so utterly disappointed with customer service in my life. I just wasted 1 hour chatting with an agent that was useless and disrespectful of my time. Her name was "Lovely". Please contact me for follow up
