@FreedomMobile your MyAccount app sucks for load times and lags out constantly, your software team should fix that.

@freedomsupport Your app and website have had major issues for years and the issue hasn't been fixed. You need to develop a new software because the one you have is super slow. If you look on the Play Store reviews, they're mostly negative.
