    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    @FreedomMobile Hey, you guys need to get your act together & set up service in the Trail, Castlegar, Nelson, Rosland, & salmo area of BC ASAP. Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?🤔?🤔?

    @FreedomMobile NOT ONE WORD FROM ANY EMPLOYEE OR A MANAGER FROM CANADA TO ME IF THEY CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS MAKES YOU SUCK EVEN MORE ! WHEN I FINALLY GET MY $113.39 FROM THESE ******* IN EGYPT I WILL “FIRE” THEM INSTANTLY

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!
