@freedomsupport Is your network down today?

@FreedomMobile I've been a customer since 2015. Every time I want to upgrade to a better phone, there's always a story that I don't meet the requirements. After 6 years as a customer. I don't trust your services.

  • GitGudGlen GitGudGlen (@GitGudGlen) reported

@koodo continuously overbilled me for bullshit "roaming" despite never leaving the country. Zero customer support available. Switched back to @FreedomMobile only $30 for 10gb, koodo was $50 + the $20 they'd steal for lying about roaming.

@jackietorrrance @FreedomMobile That’s so frustrating and supremely ****** up 😭😭 sorry she had to go through that. **** that company

@FreedomMobile The s13 isn't a bad device (if you're coming from the s6 that is). Just don't transfer that junk data. Export and import your contacts and that's all you need.

  • BreadLegion breadzeppelin (@BreadLegion) reported

@FreedomMobile Bruh I pay $75 CAD for 10gb of data/mnth and your phone service agent told me I'm SOL. Freedom Mobile is a pain in my wallet.

  • aaronroyce13 Gator (@aaronroyce13) reported

@FreedomMobile u guys are advertising it as unlimited data but really its not cause once you go over your monthly gb say its 20 then you guys slow the speed down to almost what dial.up was and you cant do anything with that. So really data is not unlimited

@freedomsupport I did, and because I won I got to switch all my customers over from your network to Bell and Roger's.

  • ATonofFun ☠️Dave Sokolowski🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@ATonofFun) reported

Seriously @FreedomMobile I can't just buy a fekking phone? Your website sucks, your customer service is horrible, and your "Nationwide Coverage" is great as long as you don't want to go to certain cities! Are you sure your not @Rogers or @Bell

@Gaming1Canadian @seastar898 @FreedomMobile I don't care who owns who. I got a better deal and it's packaged with my Internet as well. I'm paying a crap ton less per month than before on both bills. I won no matter how I look at it.
