@freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

Honestly, worst service ive ever gotten from @FreedomMobile what a joke man, has the option to suspend your service, which i did under the impression i wouldnt be charged, and yet they still charge me and wont even entertain the fact that its misleading and wont help me at all
