Nehal Mohamed ⚕️ (@NEHAL888888) reported@FreedomMobile Hello Freedom Mobile team, I’m reaching out because I’ve been having difficulty getting in touch with your customer service team. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance. I tried calling 611, app chat, and whatsapp!

Riu (@SiuRaymondsiu) reported@FreedomMobile Hey @FreedomMobile! 🚀 I'm a loyal customer with a Samsung Galaxy and I’d love to see Freedom partner with Starlink Direct to Cell. Right now, I have to pay Rogers $15/month for a separate satellite add-on just to stay connected in remote areas. Any plans to bring this feature natively to Freedom? #FreedomMobile #Starlink

The Lenis (@LenisTheOrca) reported@FreedomMobile if not fixed by 9pm I'm cancelling the service, this has cost me a days pay already, probably tomorrow and Friday too

Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

Sue T (@pieface2010) reported@FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.
