@FreedomMobile I ordered two phones. One was free, one I paid for. The free one arrived and the one I paid for never arrived. Money taken from my account. CX service told me phone is no longer in stock and I cant change to a phone that is in stock? 'To just wait it out' the worst!!

@FreedomMobile Stay away from this terrible brand.. No customer value, you mean something to them till you sign contract with them. I carried my both lines from Fido. That is most terrible decision I have taken..

@FreedomMobile I cancel my account. I receive my last bill. want to pay it and I am told I can’t because they can’t because the “agent” can’t find my account and I now receive a Credit warnings. 😳

@FreedomMobile Please explain how your $0 down 16GB plan works. I understand the 12 Pro Maxes are on backorder. Your associates in two different locations are saying that they cant guarantee me and my wife the phones when they come in. then why am i paying for it in the plans??

@FreedomMobile They don't have the phone in stock so don't switch yet. And that's not the only problem. The waiting lists are just an Excel file kept by the store and not controlled centrally. So you are most likely to get the phone after all the friends and family of the store personnel.

@freedomsupport I'm so fed up with your lack of service I will most likely switch my cellular phone needs elsewhere in 2021 ! I have had this conversation with you too many times before with no resolve to the situation of poor connection etc. I'm not going to waste anymore time.

Ridiculous. My wife had bad experience with her previous mobile provider, so I recommended @FreedomMobile. She signed up Friday — number wasn't ported until today, and now they've 'lost' her payment. Waited on hold for 1 hr. for a top up code that didn't work. Ugh.

@CricketMedicine @FreedomMobile $0 upfront, $0 tab. You do have to stay with them for 2 years though. But that's no problem for me.
