    @freedomsupport As discussed on DM, the order, surprisingly, could not be located on Freedom's system. This was not what we expected and unfortunately, seems no resolution feasible.

    @freedomsupport is there something that you guys have changed over last 2 months regarding SMS? I'm having a ton of issues sending messages, and those issues come and go. I have also replaced my SIM card, changed SMS apps, and no real change in experience. Help.

    @FreedomMobile ? Why is it that your call centre is truly reprehensible? Why? Fix your problems. People call centre are rude, disrespectful, ugly, vicious, incompetent and a lot more! Have a manager call me immediately. Reprehensible! A disgrace

    @FreedomMobile learned the hard way to not trust your sales staff. They don't offer information or professionalism. If you ask for help after the fact? Answer is, 'this is your problem not ours'. Do not trust Freedom. Ever.

    Just got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!
