@FreedomMobile called freedom mobile and it wasn’t until the 4th person that actually knew what a SIM card was. Seriously! First person kept rushing me off the phone before knowing if I needed more help

@freedomsupport With all due respect, being on twitter is not a replacement for not training your employees in the call centre or having them hang up on you when they can’t find out what a SIM card is

@FreedomMobile I'm a Freedom Mobile customer. I get 30 GB of data /month for $80/month. Freedom's Big Gig data plans come with unlimited data but when your monthly data limit is exceeded the internet speed is cut in half until your next pay date. If you sign up with Freedom tell them I sent ya!

@freedomsupport I've been having a problem with online bill payments. System error is constant. Aside from having to pay at the kiosk, what are my options?

@madebygoogle @FreedomMobile Was amped to get my #Pixel6 during BF. Over the past week it has been nothing but random restart after random restart while sitting idle. Absurd. 1x is too many let alone 8x in a day! 🤯 (Fully updated/ran in safe mode/reset - issue still persists)

@ClassicNews7 @FreedomMobile The data is unlimited, but then throttled after 20GB. So basically you can use all the data you want while avoiding overage charges but after a certain point it gets slowed down. So after it slows down, you can still use it but it is indeed slower.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile We need and deserve affordable wireless service. What it’s currently costing us is obscene.
