@FreedomMobile why are some of your agents so rude and hang up!! is this how business is conducted then I will be forced to speak with your head office, it seems no one is around to take calls anymore!!

  • zzyzyman Bruce Payan (@zzyzyman) reported

We've been through this so many times with @FreedomMobile. Terrible backup service – a Mayne Island power outage shouldn't mean the Mount Parke transmitter goes offline within minutes. I wish they'd come clean about what backups they do have.

  • DonBruce73 Don Bruce (@DonBruce73) reported

@FreedomMobile ... seriously unimpressed with your idea of #customerservice. On the line for over 42 mins (!) arguing to get compensation for a US roaming pkg I purchased last week. I was assured on 2 separate occasions prior to my trip it would work with no issues... it did not.

Dear @FreedomMobile your customer service and wireless connection is terrible and as a customer with 2 cellphones and who is been with you for 1,5 years, I am trying to cancel my service since you do nothing to support your customer! Thx

@freedomsupport No, because your website is shite, there's nothing you can do to help, I have to physically go to a store and waste my time there as opposed to just ordering off the web because I've been a customer for seven years

  • doobydude420 doobydude (@doobydude420) reported

@freedomsupport is that all yous do is tweet about when you are leaving for the day?? Why not work on getting us some decent cell reception or how about providing customers with a 5G service for the 5G sells you've been selling for many years now. Or are you waiting for 6G first?

  • alp_tos Alp Tos (@alp_tos) reported

I got a new number from Freedom but I can't receive phone calls from other carriers in Canada or outside of Canada. And customer service couldn't solve my problem. @FreedomMobile

  • doobydude420 doobydude (@doobydude420) reported

@freedomsupport so when is freedom going to actually be providing 5G cell service to customers since you been selling 5G phones for many years now? Not to mention your coverage for reception is horrendous! $60 for 15Gb LTE data, ripping me off have offers for $60 for 20/25gb data

  • ManpreetSikand Manpreet Sikand (@ManpreetSikand) reported

@freedomsupport you guys are at it again, I just received my cell phone bill and was charged for roaming for the same day when I subscribed to roaming ads on, just called your customer service was told that charges happens 10 mins prior to subscribing to add on

@freedomsupport I don't understand -- I tell online support to send you the communication log? How can I ensure they know what I mean and how to do that? I can paste the conversation points here but it is lengthy with the back and forth messages. They took a long time to understand my concerns.
