@freedomsupport Nah... I have an S8+, there's absolutely zero reason why my phone starts roaming just outside of Calgary. AND not picking up the signal until I get home. Loyal customer since 2014 wtf

Tried to dispute $36 in bogus charges w/ @FreedomMobile Can't believe I had to escalate to a supervisor to get SOME resolution. For all their efforts to attract new customers, I would say #buyerbeware. If you're looking for helpful customer service, Freedom might not be for you!

@freedomsupport I ordered a SIM card via chat in mid-December. Never got a shipping confirmation. I was told it’d arrive early Jan. Still nothing. What do I have to do to get started without going to a store?
