    I just had one of he worst customer service experience at the @FreedomMobile in Marlborough Mall here in Calgary. There’s nothing like trying to pay a bill and the two employees not wanting to help AT ALL!! 😡😡

    @freedomsupport Anyone else still waiting for their Pre order for IPhone Pro Max 13? I am and I did my preorder on Sept 17 2021 and no one from Freedom knows anything. No one can help. So much for Freedom. Maybe it's a code for leaving your company

    Hi @FreedomMobile, I am travelling to India due to a family emergency. Will I get incoming text messages by default or I need to activate some package. I do not need to call or use my mobile data from India. I just need incoming text messages.

    @freedomsupport why is it that I can't send long texts to people? My siblings with the same phone and different phone company have no issues doing long texts.

    @BakerMinaj @shanathalas @FreedomMobile Well done Freedom, you just brought back the worst day of some people's lives. It's not funny or edgy, its just cruel and callous. That's a well-know trigger, and the smart thing would be to take this down now
