@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I have been using wind basically since I could. I still can't find better pricing on anything else. An upgrade in the tower network through quebec would make it a no-brainer

@freedomsupport I LIVE IN THE NIAGARA REGION, IF I SWITCH TO YOUR SERVICE, CAN I KEEP MY PHONE NUMBER?

@freedomsupport is there a down tower or something in Windsor Ontario? My service keeps dropping.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions has became the worst service provider. They offered me a good deal for the phone after i port in with @FreedomMobile for the same but they don’t have time to implement the same offer even after a week. Customer service centre needs a lot of improvement

@freedomsupport @RomanVeerah Pls try not to mislead us. I have been speaking with your customer care for 3 days in a row. And the feedback is offers are only for new customers. I guess loyalty does not pay afterall.

Hey @FreedomMobile & @freedomsupport...I have supported your company for several years now...that ends today. The customer service I received this evening from two separate locations as well as your online messaging is amongst the worst I've ever experienced...awful.

  • audiobeing PapaGord (@audiobeing) reported

@FreedomMobile your customer service is the absolute worst. I pay my bill early and you still take another payment?? No one is able to help.

  • Vals_lobo Valentina (@Vals_lobo) reported

@FreedomMobile Spoke to the Loyalty dept and wasted an hour on the call where no solution was provided. The agent was so blunt and it seemed though he was happy to close my accounts for good with freedom. Switching over to a different carrier because of this! CASE ID C70962586

  • nonamemoneyacc . (@nonamemoneyacc) reported

@FreedomMobile won’t let me port out my number. Been on the phone with them all morning and it’s problem after problem. First, I get hung up on. Then they tell me no port request was put through. I call Koodo and they say it has, but we still put out another………

@FreedomMobile Hey how about you address the customer service and not worry about resolutions. Instead assist customers and then worry about this other stuff. Lots of angry people about service and silly policies
