    @FreedomMobile For close to a month and a half, I have been calling your customer service to get an issue fixed - my Roam Beyond data is being used and the allocated home data is left untouched. I am in Canada on 'Freedom/Nationwide' network all the time

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan
