    @freedomsupport The shipping is by Purolator. The fact it took 5 business days for the shipment to even be started is the main issue here... have an explanation for that?

    I was really excited when I joined @FreedomMobile. Felt like I had finally found a cell provider who put integrity & care into providing service. Sadly their @freedomsupport has become mostly automated just like all the other cell companies

    @FreedomMobile I paid my phone bill online an hour ago ( never missed a month before) and itโ€™s saying my account is still suspended. the money came out of my bank account and I got the 611 text that my account has been topped up ? Any solutions?
