    @freedomsupport Now I am being told by your customer service that had I done the upgrade online I wouldnt have to pay,so it really is not about connecting me to a service I am already connected, for starters, It is about you charging me money because you can. Or you dont connect online upgrades?

    @FreedomMobile I also had our conversation but they're not honouring it! Poor customer service especially the manager that I had talk. I didn't get the offer instead of 22 gig they just give me 20gig. REALLY SUCKS @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport Yes but I wasnt informed that at the sales booth, am I supposed to guess? And when I inquiried about the charge in my bill the retail people told me just call customer service to get it waived because you are a long term customer. Then customer service denied the request.
