@freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?

@freedomsupport absolute worst customer service and payment system. “A system error occurred”, “oh no, payment couldn’t be processed” are the two responses I keep getting when trying to pay online and over the phone. You guys are terrible. Can’t pay my bill and my service is down

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

.@FreedomMobile My Better Business Bureau claim is still open, why haven't you responded to them. They make it public how you handle yourself and any of these cases are simple to settle if you side with the customer that they were told free phone with two year plan repay not free
