    @ungullibleguy @DaveSfmg54 @FreedomMobile Nah man. Was a customer for 3 years with cheapest plan ever. My issues get resolved everytime. Billing issues, resolved. Like I said their network wasn’t good enough for what I needed. I often feel that when people complain, it’s usually said person that’s the problem

    @freedomsupport doesn't let you downgrade your data plans even though you don't get cell service in the most basic areas that should have service. Then tells you the discounts promised are actually expiring now so your plan is increasing even though you have bad service

    heyyy guys... what are your customer service hours like? Last I check y'all were taking calls till like 9pm. Is that still the case? @FreedomMobile

    @plutoorbust @DaveSfmg54 @FreedomMobile Hahaha have you called and had any real issues where you had to speak to customer service or you one of Freedom Mobile's employees sticking up for them, because you're obviously oblivious to the lack of service apparently

    @freedomsupport hi do i have to buy a sim card to use your cell phone plan? i have a samsung phone. im in quebec but your stores arent here so i can still use your service?. is $10 the only fee for new customers?
