I've never been so upset and disappointed in a phone service carrier as I am with @FreedomMobile. Within 3 days of signing up for additional lines, I have a bill that's over $300 and now my phone line suspended 😡... This is unacceptable, and poor customer service @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport I’d love you to give me a solution not an excuse via DM. Unlocking a cell phone should not be this hard. That you make it this difficult makes me wonder what kind of game you’re running. Please give me a solution via DM. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile I'm returning my new phone tomorrow, unopened. Charging a "connection fee" when I am already a customer is outrageous. You aren't connected squat when I'm already on the network. The $2000+ and $90+ per month isn't enough? Time to find a new network.

@freedomsupport I think that’s evident is that @freedomsupport and @FreedomMobile have extreme difficulty in handling the most BASIC of customer service needs. That’s what all potential customers need to know. Freedom Mobile —>> Excuses, not solutions. #CautionaryTale

@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Unfortunately, customer retention is a low priority for major mobile Carriers in Canada nowadays. Churn makes the bottom line sparkle for them. I simply wait until my current carrier messes up too badly to fix, then move on to a competitor. Repeat cycle every 2-3 years, sadly.
