    @freedomsupport Got it. So in theory if I change phone/plan being an existing customer I shouldn't see a connection fee charge. In theory.

    @freedomsupport At 40$/mth I pay for my teen's phone, I'd expect her to have calling coverage nearly everywhere, even if data wasn't available. Was not told about network vs nationwide when I signed up. Just about the great deal... which is only great if she can call me in case of emergency.

    @freedomsupport Hi i wanted to setup my esim on another device. I get the error message "esim already used on another device" although i deleted it from the other phone. Maybe there is smth i am missing. Can you help?

    @freedomsupport also , the auto pay setup isn't allowing adding Credit card to avail the 5 dollar discount on monthly bill probably coz you don't want to give that to us in covers of the technical issue which is not fixed in months as i read from the thread online,kindly fix asap

    In a Mexican standoff over the cell phone credit increase thing. @FreedomMobile says it's a creditor problem, bank says it's an @Equifax issue, they say there is no issue & says I should talk to the phone people. Someone has to know the answer to this! It's exhausting.

    @GodotNayra @freedomsupport Don’t use them, I had them last year in ottawa and the coverage Absolutely sucked. Dropping calls, slow data, didn’t have service for 3 days st one point.
