    @FreedomMobile No cell service and no eta for when it will be up. Just ...it will get fixed eventually. Wow.

    @Crackmacs @Gayosaurus @FreedomMobile They are terrible. Their customer service is abysmal. To send a text my wife would have to reboot her phone multiple times. Networks coverage here in Ottawa is terrible. They only have TD and RBC as options for online payments.

    @VMCcare @Bell_Support STOP SENDING ME SIM CARDS! I will never sign with your horrible customer service! I didn’t ask for this and don’t want it! You’re just adding to the #plasticpollution. @FreedomMobile is better and has great customer service. You should learn from them!

    @freedomsupport Copy paste answers only... no solution nothing.. many times I wrote called no solution. I am warning everyone Freedom cares about you only until signing .

    @_jazz21 @FreedomMobile Never got the network... it was so hard to call or text someone, the internet never worked It was 2 years ago though.. so don't if they have got the new towers now or not

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile Me/my wife been with you guys for last 9 years on grandfather plan which you don’t provide anymore. I called and asked if I can more data for low cost or even free. I was turned down. That’s what you get I guess being loyal customers so I will be changing providers

    @FreedomMobile Let me just suggest that Freedom Mobile work on better train their customer service representatives . When asking to solve simple shipment of a device, every person we contact tells a different solution . Sorry to say that they sound oblivious to what should be done.
