Hey @FreedomMobile it's 2025. You've been in ( #VancouverBC since 2010 ) 15 Years I think it's time to fix your Data & Call Coverage. Can't even go on the SkyTrain without losing service all over.

@FreedomMobile I spend 2+ hours with technical support, they say they can't fix my issue so I had to port out. Then you claim that no one accessed my account and you have no record of it---how convenient @cbcmarketplace @cbcmarketplace

@FreedomMobile oh and yes...their customer service was absolutely useless as ****!!! I did a lot of digging myself to get the info I needed and they had no choice to admit they had it all along once I had the proof! I wasn't gonna let them get away with that garbage!!!
