    @FreedomMobile is so garbage get no data coverage in Richmond Hill Ontario. Go outside of the GTA the network doesn't work even in GTA it's garbage. Pay extra with another company for a reliable service. And don't respond stupid Freedom mobile this isn't intended for a response

    @freedomsupport Can you please fix your website? Unable to login. As soon as I log in, I see the payment screen for a split second the back to the log in screen. Tried this on all platforms, same issue

    @freedomsupport doesn't let you downgrade your data plans even though you don't get cell service in the most basic areas that should have service. Then tells you the discounts promised are actually expiring now so your plan is increasing even though you have bad service

    @freedomsupport hi do i have to buy a sim card to use your cell phone plan? i have a samsung phone. im in quebec but your stores arent here so i can still use your service?. is $10 the only fee for new customers?
