I got mine from the location at McLeod Trail & Heritage (LD Plaza) The service I got there was the worst I've received in my adult life. and she was the ******* OWNER OF THE STORE!!! also their network is trash.

  Went to @FreedomMobile store at oakville place to get 2 nos. shifted from my cousin to our name. Exec. refused, saying it will take 4 hrs n to come another day n smugly added that they didnt even hav time to cancel. We went nxt door n shifted to Fido in 1/2 hr #CustomerService

  @FreedomMobile Today, Pathetic service quality and poor coverage all the way from Rupert to production way on Lougheed Highway. Permanently, No signals even on the east side of Burnaby mountain, Its quiet frustrating. I'll definitely change my service provider, soon.

  @virginmobilecan Honestly, you have to be the worst mobile company. Locked into contract until Nov 2020. Phone is now paid but my bill did not go down. Called and was told the plan isn’t reduced unless I call in. You guys are crooks. Hello @FreedomMobile
