    @FreedomMobile On chat for 4 hrs with loyalty dept, then on call wasted 2 more hrs to upgrade device. All agents confirmed have noted account,finally after 5-6 hrs hardware upgrade agent said its out of stock n have to visit store n cant guarantee the deal I got. Worst cx service

    @freedomsupport I'm so fed up with your lack of service I will most likely switch my cellular phone needs elsewhere in 2021 ! I have had this conversation with you too many times before with no resolve to the situation of poor connection etc. I'm not going to waste anymore time.

    @FreedomMobile hey guys, I'll be moving to Sudbury in a couple of months for school. Last time I went there I realized that I did not have signal there. I've been with you guys for around 10 years of not longer and honestly I do not want to change my providers.

    @FreedomMobile Please explain how your $0 down 16GB plan works. I understand the 12 Pro Maxes are on backorder. Your associates in two different locations are saying that they cant guarantee me and my wife the phones when they come in. then why am i paying for it in the plans??

    @FreedomMobile Terrible brand with terrible service.. Keep away for peace of mind. I am existing customer having 2 lines.. I will close both.. Be careful they consider you as customers till signing contract. Then you mean no value to them.

    @ZizouZaahid @Fidomobile That's why I left Fido. I was a loyal customer for 8 years and never got any good plans or deals with them. I took my money to @FreedomMobile and been happy ever since. Just got a iPhone 12 at $0 with my previous balance waived off.

    @CricketMedicine @FreedomMobile $0 upfront, $0 tab. You do have to stay with them for 2 years though. But that's no problem for me.

    @FreedomMobile I ordered two phones. One was free, one I paid for. The free one arrived and the one I paid for never arrived. Money taken from my account. CX service told me phone is no longer in stock and I cant change to a phone that is in stock? 'To just wait it out' the worst!!
