@FreedomMobile Day #2 after setting up new Tablet + Phone for business with #freedommobile. 1. Tablet has never charged and won't turn on. 2. Can't pay bill online through banking. 3. Website throws a 404 every second click. I don't normally do this; but....

@freedomsupport Customer service of freedom is VERY bad. I called 3 months ago to put my phone on vacation mode they didnt do it. I paid 2 months for no service, when i called i was assured my bill will get from 45 to 40$ for the next 4 months HOWEVER now im getting 50$/month

@freedomsupport Hello! I will leave Canada in August. How can I cancel my mobile phone number and mobile phone plan, please?

also now realizing that I’ll have to reconfigure my phone plan when I move to North Bay bc @FreedomMobile doesn’t have service there other than Nationwide hopping onto other providers and my current plan will be all but USELESS for data up there. But that’s a problem for Sept 🙃

  • chefshithead85 thatGuy (@chefshithead85) reported

@FreedomMobile why are you still harassing me? I told you to cancel my account and have been living without a phone number for well over a month now due to your inability to allow me to pay. Kindly leave me alone! You’ll not be getting a dime! I spent over a week TRYING to pay

  • tabu424 T_Bell (@tabu424) reported

@freedomsupport Just don't expect proper answers from anyone IN Canada. CSR in Eqypt (& elsewhere) may be cheaper metric but NOT when Cdns have to make multiple calls to get problems 1/2 fixed. Cheaper offshore is NOT better for here. @CanadianPM put jobs back in Canada, BEFORE next election!

  • lilphilanthrop hyperreal dog (@lilphilanthrop) reported

@freedomsupport Man suck my ****, TTC is the only place that freedom gets service

  • arandommoe Abe Froman (@arandommoe) reported

@FreedomMobile Please get rid of your "The Party you are calling is not accepting calls at this time" messages; and give proper intercepts. If the number I call is not in service, you say above; but my Telus phone says "cannot be completed as dialed." big difference in details.
