@FreedomMobile way to make it next to impossible to close any internet account ever , use our fast messaging service , takes about 4 min per reply. I’m sure 30% of freedoms customers are just people who still pay their Bill cause they can’t get through to cancel .

@FreedomMobile the worst provider ever with the worst customer service and the worst loyalty te am I have a number with almost no coverage last time my daughter fell and hurt herself and I had to leave her alone and go by the window so I call the hospital despite

Anyone else having issues with @FreedomMobile ? Trying to top off my paygo plan cuz apparently I do t have enough $ & then it says my card wasn’t processed, but when I check the bank, it processed it 2x.... but apparently still have no funds to make a call.
