    @FreedomMobile Yes stuck on repeat with no one taking ownership. I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP

    Usually you guys are the worst service providers in Canada. But in the 6 years I’ve used y’all I’ve never had this much issues. Why is my reception off since yesterday freedom? @FreedomMobile It’s 6:37 a.m on a Saturday & I’m up because of you guys. What’s up?

    @FreedomMobile been on hold for over an hour twice to get a usage report for Aug 15- Sep 15 2025. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with support. Texted, WhatsApp, called. What else can I do? Please get in touch and help out. @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
