    . @FreedomMobile - I have 4 phones / internet and tv with Freedom - been a customer since it was WIND - like 15 years. Your TV app is failing after its latest update. At the very least you could email customers to say 'we are having an issue'.

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
