@freedomsupport 2 weeks ago I switched from Telus to Freedom, but the past week or so network has been dreadful, like switching from high speed to dial up. Many dead areas around the GTA. Have there been any problems, or this is as good as it gets? Thanks

@FreedomMobile is there a way to be in touch with support rather then direct messaging

  • A_Tasty_Quiche Slippery Richard, a Slick Rick cover band (@A_Tasty_Quiche) reported

@FreedomMobile Hey freedom! I'm getting like 10+ spam calls a day rn on your network, is there anyway I can have the call routing on your end block specific area codes for me?

  • phillipblancher Phillip Blancher (@phillipblancher) reported

In the never-ending fun saga of me and cell phone providers, I have now flushed @FreedomMobile because their network and roaming sucks. That lasted less than 10 days.

  • Marie1Kate Kate (@Marie1Kate) reported

Ne cautious @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport users received random text number never seen before claiming to be freedom. Due to update I must down link or lose services.

  • ashley_hynd Ashley Hynd (@ashley_hynd) reported

Who are your cell phone providers & how happy are you with them? I was super happy with @FreedomMobile but that has changed, they have a mess up on their end which keeps cutting my phone off & they won't fix it. Wish we could sue cell providers for services not rendered.

  • UntilTheNextTee Alexander Toth - untilthenexttee.blog (@UntilTheNextTee) reported

We've been a loyal @FreedomMobile customer for 6 years. We carried over from Public Mobile and Wind respectively, before that (re-brand). The time has come to drop them and go with someone else. Likely @Bell The taste left in my mouth is so bitter and has been since Wed.

  • ashley_hynd Ashley Hynd (@ashley_hynd) reported

@freedomsupport @francescsr no actually you've taken away all the things that made you great, it takes forever to get to a service rep & when I do they are rude & EXTREMELY limited on what they can offer, I only really get "good" support when I publicly angry tweet you

  • fataIways rainy シ (@fataIways) reported

IT TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO SEND A GIF. **** YOU @FreedomMobile

  • francescsr Frances Roberts Reilly (@francescsr) reported

@ashley_hynd @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile We gave up on Freedom bec outside of cities their coverage is patchy or non existent. We switched to Koodo as they have great service coverage although GBs used are capped so there’s sometimes extra fees, like $5.00.
