    Anybody that knows me in real life knows how well I talk about @FreedomMobile, they know how many people I have gotten to switch to their services. No longer. Company doesn't show their customers any customer service at all. I will be switching as soon as I can.

    @FreedomMobile No offence but your “actual network area” is absolute crap! Your data plans only cover a small amount outside of the zone. So in reality ur data plans for anyone that doesn’t stay in the small areas which is major cities end up having very little data & get charged for it #crap

    @freedomsupport I have a wifi calling issue & require assistance. My home router is the powerful Asus RT-AC3200. I recently reset it to factory defaults for other reasons but even before wifi calling didn’t work. Troubleshooting tips please❓

    Just had a phone conversation with @FreedomMobile customer service and it was the most frustrating thing ever. Why do they even have one because nothing can be done over the phone, it has to be all in store, which during this pandemic, I don't want to go into a store.

    After 12+ hours with @FreedomMobile trying to rectify issues with the same 5 troubleshooting techs and over 15 reps I asked them to simply refund me this months payment and I will go to THEIR OWN store and buy another sim. I even went further and said just give me a new 1. #nope

    @FreedomMobile You need to get better service before you can be trying out terrible health advice like this. Can’t even get service on Seymour Mountain or in parts of West Van. It’s disgraceful.

    @FreedomMobile By far the worst company I have ever has to deal with. They can't even do a simple number porting. The service works when it wants to, that is my reason for changing carriers. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!

    @freedomsupport after 1h45m with "loyalty/retention" I was told my service might be cancelled because i have been out of zone too long (I was calling to get some extra data). I am at my parents avoiding covid in NL vs ON, they didn't seem care. Do better!
