Anybody that knows me in real life knows how well I talk about @FreedomMobile, they know how many people I have gotten to switch to their services. No longer. Company doesn't show their customers any customer service at all. I will be switching as soon as I can.

@jessebeyerWX @TELUS @freedomsupport I was a customer of theirs for 13 years and the customer service is hands down the worst. I’m shocked I lasted that long with them.

@FreedomMobile No offence but your “actual network area” is absolute crap! Your data plans only cover a small amount outside of the zone. So in reality ur data plans for anyone that doesn’t stay in the small areas which is major cities end up having very little data & get charged for it #crap

@FreedomMobile you're customer service associates suck and need to be trained better. Hanging up on a customer for being right about something is unprofessional to say the least

@FreedomMobile This company is a scam and they don’t have nearly enough technology to meet the average consumers needs. Yes they offer their services with fun little twists but rest assured every tech support staff will hang up on you and not one of them speaks English.

@Cachito305 @FreedomMobile you need to contact their support via *611 OR speak over the phone in their store to fix those specific problems. Also, treating others the way you expect to be treated goes a long way. Spreading misinformation because you couldn't get it working, shame

Check to ensure your device didn't just shut off data after 2 or 3GB. Also, @cakesinspector @FreedomMobile treat others the way you expect to be treated, or expect to be ignored or hung-up on. Nobody will want to deal with such rubbish.

@NerdHerder77 @freedomsupport @usmanim97119989 Just wanted to say I had the same issue, I've already spoken to live support on Freedom Mobile's website and they told me to just try a different method like paying by calling customer support. Pretty annoying.
