@jessebeyerWX @TELUS @freedomsupport I was a customer of theirs for 13 years and the customer service is hands down the worst. I’m shocked I lasted that long with them.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?
