  Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

  @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

  Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
