@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

@freedomsupport been over 6 months trying to get a hold of someone higher then a manager . Why is it in your policy to give no time frame or day or anything for someone higher then a manager to contact customer.

Sorry to representative from @FreedomMobile I was talking to. As she was talking about her service and the survey, the call dropped. It may have felt rude but I wish to tell her that she was excellent and call dropped automatically.

@NienorGT @FreedomMobile You may be correct about Gorilla Glass. My 2017 XCover 4 had Gorilla Glass 5 and in a year of use never suffered so much as a hairline fracture. My LG K61 has scratch-resistant glass topped by tempered protective film and after a year the glass has several hairline fractures.

@freedomsupport It’s insulting. I was treated as a liar even though I’ve been a customer for years.
