@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

@freedomsupport When will you have network-level call blocking technology in place to stop spoofing of mobile numbers?

@FreedomMobile We had an absolutely horrible nightmare experience yesterday at a store we called the centre but no one cares.. with freedom the power is with the store rather than the franchise. After hard credit check and paying our tab and standing for 2 hours we were lied to about price..

@FreedomMobile my mom was disrespected by one of the retail specialists at West Edmonton Mall. He didnt have to be very rude, very unnecessary. He kept insisting that the promo she's getting for my brother doesnt exist, & gaslighted my mom for being upset by his behaviour.

@freedomsupport Can I ask in a DM why @FreedomMobile's service coverage map is inaccurate, and the company's policy about its failure to cover? The approximate answer from support via phone and in-store: the map's an estimate, you missed the deadline, too bad.

Dear @FreedomMobile are you really calling my phone and not leaving any messages? Unless it's a FREE upgrade to the next version then please stop. Sincerely, loyal customer.

@RadicalLynx @Raidin_Blue Yes, I too am on the @freedommobile Holiday Miracle plan and have had it for ages. While I've been a loyal customer for a decade I'd like to have more than 5gb of data. Looks like I'll have to change carriers as my loyalty is seen as a bug, not a feature.
